Im a part time event videographer and a part time florist, so I have a LOT of exposure to weddings. I filmed a wedding yesterday and was mortified by the flowers from this place. The delivery man was gruff and unfriendly, and it only went downhill from there. She ordered hydrangea bouquets, which if they are not made with a water source still NEED a water source (bouquets can be made with oasis handles, which has a ball of foam that the stems stick into that retain water so the flowers stay fresh all day - if theyre simply tied together by the stems without the oasis, they should be kept in vases of water until the ceremony so they dont wilt). Not only were the flowers NOT in any water (and were completely sad and wilted by the ceremony), her bouquet was incorrect. With the job I do, I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of anyones control and the exact flower someone wants from a supplier/market is unavailable on that day - but at least CALL AHEAD and notify the client. Dont just show up and hope they dont notice. When someone spends $3000 on flowers, they WILL notice if theyre different than what was agreed upon. She expected dark purple hydrangeas, and got white ones that had been sprayed lilac. Its totally normal to spray flowers, but when shes expecting one thing and another thing comes, its very stressful on a day as big as a wedding day. The ribbon wrap around the stem was also incorrect. She said she supplied ribbon and they used a different one that in no way matched her color scheme. I ran out to Walmart to get better ribbon and rewrapped the stems on her bouquet myself. I was just so entirely disappointed with the quality and service of this place. And dont get me started on the reception flowers that decorated the head table...all I can say is water tubes are crazy cheap. USE THEM.

Dont let 1 star fool you on this review, I tried to give them an absolute zero on customer service and a zero as a business. I ordered flowers for my wifes baby shower and the florist, whomever I dealt with at this so called company, said he could have them delivered by the shower start time. I arrived to my wifes baby shower near the end and the flowers were still not delivered. All the guests were leaving or had left, and the shower was over when I had to call the florist and ask where he was. His shop was right next door to where the event took place and he failed to deliver the flowers on time or at all, so I requested a refund, but have still yet to see the charges reversed. Ive contacted him several time via phone, text message, and Ive even stopped by the shop to get the charges reversed for flowers this so called company NEVER delivered but still charged me. Not impressed, and not very happy with this business.

Read reviews before placing your order, please do your research before choosing them. I wish I would have. I placed an order for some beautiful flowers for my mother and mother-in-law for Mothers day. Its the day after Mothers day and the orders STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED, I cannot possibly be more disappointed. To top it off, they havent even called to alert me they couldnt deliver the flowers, they have not answered ANY of my phone calls or ANY of my emails. I have the on-line confirmation and the payment was made, theres no excuse to such low quality customer service. I just want a refund and hope hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. If you have an important event dont rely on them, they will ruin your day with their lack of scruples and horrible customer service. If I could rate negative I would.

We were unable to make it to a funeral and called to have a fairly expensive arrangement sent to a funeral home with our condolences and apologies for not being able to make it. We were assured that the flowers would get there and never showed up. Not one person that was at that funeral saw them. When I called to see what was going on and why did they not arrive, I kept getting the run around. I was humiliated and looked like a liar to my friends and family. Was never given a call back from the florist. Nothing. I will never again use these awful people. This was an extremely difficult time for my family and these people just made things worse. Thank u but no thank u.

I ordered once from here with great success. The flowers arrived on the day they were expected to and they were great. I have ordered from here twice since then and have been horribly disappointed. The first time I gave the service the benefit of the doubt. It was a busy time of year and although they didnt get back to me without my continuous calling, they ended up returning my money. The second time, this wasnt the case. Once again, my flowers were never delivered, but this time I received no response. My calls were deflected and for some reason, the store owner was never in the office and I could only get a hold of his assistant who was no help at all.

David the Enchanted Florist is a total rip off and scam! Do NOT go there and order flowers for any special event. Especially a wedding, shower, anniversary or the like. Davids work is severely sub-standard and he does not stand by his work. I was recently at a wedding and all of the flowers were terrible! The bride was in tears and David NEVER answered his phone! Stay AWAY from this place or your special event will be ruined also! Stay away! David is NO good whatsoever! He is a liar and cannot be trusted!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered 2 Mothers Day Bouquets that were NEVER delivered. Its now 13 days later and after HOUNDING them, they agreed to refund me, but STILL NO REFUND. Had to go to my back and file fraud charges. The "david" guy will NEVER get on the phone, and they have some fishy gmail address for coorespondence. Not even a vaild business email address. Never in my life have I been this dissatisfied with a florist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK! They take your money and give you nothing in return.

I have been using T.E.F. for a few years now. We had great luck with our wedding flowers, they looked amazing. I have had them create bouquets for my grandmothers funeral and again, breathtaking. I always use them for our anniversary and Wifes birthday. and as of recent an arrangement for my Grandpas memorial service. Great attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Dave is a great guy and I will be using him again in the future. Accept no substitutes! ~MJB

Bought a voucher on tippr for a $30 discount. Tried to use it the first time and the owner (David) said the 2 day window for delivery was way too short! OK I accepeted. 2nd time I tried to use it David yet again decided that he no longer accepts the voucher with no further explanation as to why he sold the voucher for $30 in the first place. What a SCAM!!! Reading previous reviews I wouldnt order flowers from here if they were free...

Absolutely a terribly run business. I ordered flowers online through their website to be delivered on valentines day. The flowers never even showed up. I wrote emails and called to try and get a refund, They wont respond to me and I still have not got my money back. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FLOWERS
