Ive been coming here for a couple years, it gets better and better. Their stuff is excellent, I have found the coolest things at times. My 16 yo daughter loves coming here as well. I find the employees to be friendly and helpful. These folks need a raise, they deal with alot. One complaint, I have found that sometimes the pricing is a bit high, its second hand stuff, not Maceys. In housewares Ive actually found stuff more expensive than if I go to Ross or even Hobby Lobby. If you can catch the sales right, you can do quite well.

The young manager at this location was not helpful with a problem I had... I was trying to return an electronic item.. I didnt have the receipt.. the workers wernt sure how to handle the situation. So they called her" and basically I found it rude that she couldnt talk to me herself... I asked to speak with her... I eventually found the receipt... But that behavior was frustrating I thought Id wasted money on a broken vacuum.

They must have changed the staff up? I went on Sunday and all the staff were so friendly and pleasant! And like ALL Goodwills, everything is expensive besides the 50% off items lol. And be prepared for their selection of sweaters...OMG. Like FIVE looong racks! They are labeled at "long sleeve blouses" and boy oh boy there are tons. Overall, I enjoyed the wide variety and strictly kept to 50% off items. :)

I agree with the other reviewers. Lived on this side of Arlington for 6 years so have watched it over the years and it never changes. The staff are not friendly and not helpful. They dont smile at all. There is hardly anything in the housewares section. This store is mostly clothing and the prices are way too high. But, I do suggest going on sale days which you have to bother to staff to find out about.

This is one of the cleaner second hand stores in the area. Its definitely a family-friendly environment. I always see people bring their kids. They also have good furniture and small appliances. The prices are very well-marked and easy to see. Weekends are definitely the busiest around midday but during the week the lines are usually short.

Prices are ridiculously high, tops are $5.99 you can get better and new items at tjmax and ross mens pants super expensive, does not worth the drive. Toys are broke and all over 4.99

High Priced Video Games at $4.99 each, plus tax. Should be 1.99 like everywhere else. Youll find some hidden treasures sometimes in the huge misc section.
