This place is amazing!! Ive been coming here ever since it opened when I was in middle school and I lived just down the street from it so I was in walking distance! I love to find unique and different pieces and this place if perfect for it! you just have to look a little closer for them. the only problem I have is that the racks are a little cluttered and the shoes dont always look the best or are in my size!! they only really carry womans shoes mostly in size 8 or higher (the larger your feet the better the shoe options are). they also sometimes have spools of yarn (very rare to find and the ones I found were hidden in the bottom racks of the stuffed animals) or pieces of fabric (hidden with the blankets and quilts). Over all though, its still a great place to shop! :)

This is my go to thrift store. It has a great selection and most things are reasonable in price. However, the customer service at check out could be improved. Coming up to pay for my things and there are three associates up there leaning on the counter and chit chatting the whole time I am checking out is fairly unprofessional. With that being said, I do recommend this place to shop for the afore mentioned reasons.

Do not go to the Thrift City in Richardson, TX I saw and heard the lady manager told the staff to remove all the clothes with "White Tags" off the floor to the back store 2 days before the 75% off "white tag" 11/22 and 11/23, that day was also 50% off "white tag" I used to like this store very much if thats how they run their business Id rather do business with Goodwill or Salvation Army.

Very rarely have I been disappointed in this store! Its well organized and I love that they have a boutique section. I highly recommend it to anyone. The clothes come from mostly Florida or Georgia (from what I was told) and they are an actual for profit company, not a charitable organization like Goodwill. Which is why the dont accept donations.

Huge clothing selection, but I dont believe they do any sort of washing of the donated clothing prior to putting it on the floor, because it smells so unbelievably musty in there that I almost lose my lunch upon walking in. The majority of the other items that they have out, that arent clothes, are antiquated, useless old junk...

I love love love this store. It is my go to for everything!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The clothing is organized and there is a HUGE selection. Prices are amazing! Not as many sales as most other stores but I dont seem to mind. This is a must shop Thrift store #1 in Dallas!!

Very well organized. Clean. Smelled good, not musty. Good prices. Name brands. Employees nice and cheerful. This review coming from a ex Thrift Town employee who forgot I had my Thrift Town t-short on. Overall very nice store and we will definitely be back.

I used to love this place. Their prices have gone up a bit since their remodel. An item I would get for $5 before is now about $8.99. I still go here but I dont spend as much time or money as I used to because of their higher prices.

This place is huuuuge! I love coming here. There is a larger section for ladies but there is a good size clothes section for guys as well. I always find some nice sweaters in here for the winter time and you cant beat the price.

Lots of great stuff! I pass probably 4 to 8 thrift shops to get to this place, its just that great. Lots of nice clothing, designer names, nice shoes, everything is almost new. And they have great sales. Love Thrift City!

Thrift stores are a hit and miss sometimes you score and sometimes you dont. This past time was a total miss but thats okay. I might come back if I was in the area but I wont plan on driving to make it to this location.

Very bad couldnt find what i was looking fot very messy clothing racks everywhere and young teenagers cussing dropping the f*** word every few seconds in front of my kids but on the plus side they did have good prices

This place is a Thrift clothing empire. Most selections are well maintained. In the past few months I have noticed an upward trend in pricing but maybe they are trying to pay off that fancy new price tag machine.

The longer hours are so appreciated with all the other near by stores closing one hour earlier. Its much more bigger too and mostly fair in pricing. Maybe the staff is a bit low to size, its okay service. Jan 2017

Love this store! Large selection, well organized and fairly clean. Prices are very reasonable. Boutique is hit and miss and usually a bit overpriced. Overall though its a great store. Definitely a new favorite!!

This is the only place I go! Great prices (have great 1/2 price deals, too) and expansive kid/baby section. I always find like new clothes for my baby for $1 or less here. Very clean, sorted by size and color.

This is a great thrift store! It is very clean and organized, has a huge selection of clothing and shoes, and I never spend a long time waiting in line to be checked out. A great place with great deals!
