The fat 1 is rudei think his name Chris @ auto outlet I went their a month ago Hes gonna be the reason their gonna lose business at their company like these guys did at john r and eightmile The fat 1 also smoke cigarettes inside their office very unprofessional And he act gay when someone dont agree with him Chris also rush you to buy thingss and thats what gave me a red flag so i left With no car fax reports the cars might be stolen and rebuilt honestly Leave commentsbwith the B.B.B i give it 3 years or less they will inventually close their door for good Remember Jay the small cute 1 is hes nice you could tell he aint all about money but chubby brother (Chris)got a mouth on him so be prepared Im voten this place a 1 = star

If I could give these people negative ten stars I would. They will convince you theyre are honest and hard working, "salt of the earth people. They are not. They will feed you information that seems sound so that when you dig into it there is just enough there to convince you they told you the truth. When you pursue the information and request the proof they wont be able to supply it and will not attempt to make it right but will in fact use foul language and will deign to "school" yo as if they are on your side. while I do understand they are used car salesmen and are trying to make a living like everyone else, dishonesty and tricks like the ones they employ should never be rewarded.

Since when doesnt the buyer get to test drive the car. I didnt want to be a passenger when the car salesman is driving. And drive two blocks turn around thats it. i would have like to drive it myself and see how if handles. Take it on freeway(which was one mile away) see how it handles. No Carfax =RED FLAG. You cant show me that, youre hiding something. When you say you need to think about it and maybe come back be prepared for the very rude behavior and language. Learn how to be courteous to your customers no matter if they buy or not if you want a chance of them coming back!

If I can give this place a negative 20 i would. I purchased a car from this place, drove it 20 minutes and it broke down. Tried to return it but was given the run around. Fixed the problem myself and the car broke down again and they also lied about the miles on the car. They only sell limons. Dont buy from this place. I spent my hard earned money and never got to drive the car. Dont shop here.

Nice cars, terrible service .. they treated us like we didnt have cash and werent looking to buy a car ..we made and appointment they didnt have plates to test drive car .. told them we would come back around a certain time and still didnt have plates then told us theyre to busy to make sure their cars are in good condition before we buy one

This is the worst company ever. Cars break down after driving it for 10min. The mechanics dont fix it properly. Chris is the salesman. Do not buy anything from them. They are no help to the Detroit community or families trying to get transportation back and forth. I demand they would be put out of business!!!!!!

Stay away. Car was listed with 70,000 miles. Was assured there was nothing for me to worry about (I live 3 hours away). Paid $40 for the Carfax and found out the car had a rebuilt engine, the body having 210,000 miles on it. NO honesty
