My fiancee and I went into Weekends Only to buy a dresser and bed set-up, and found a model we liked. Unfortunately they had none in stock, so they offered to break down the floor model for us and call us when it was done; which is just fine with me. We never got a call, first of all. Second, when we went in to pick up the furniture pieces, they had NO idea what happened to the assembly instructions...which might be important for putting furniture together. However, I couldve stood all that (Ive put furniture together without instructions before) had it not been for the fact that they only sent me home with HALF of the pieces of the set. They also forgot to take out of the bits of wood that were covering radio screws...which one needs access to in order to assemble the furniture. So now I cant assemble the pieces of the furniture I have, Im still missing half the furniture, there are no instructions, and the furniture has scrapes in many places now (much moreso than what was displayed on the floor model). HORRIBLE. Not going back there again, besides trying to get every cent of my money back.

Very very unhappy. I placed a $5000 order, and the delivery was horrible from start to finish. First they did not call to let me know of their arrival, which the email stated they would. After that, the delivery men goofed around and took selfies in my kitchen. They reeked of marijuana smoke. They didnt assemble anything, even though I realized there were some things they would assemble and some they would not. They just put the boxes anywhere, even though I was giving instructions. The worst of it was, after they left, they returned stating we had something of theirs, which we did not. They proceeded to curse at my family and threaten to kick our door down. This terrified my two sons who are 9 and 2. The police were called and looked gpr whatever it was they claimed we had. And of course, nothing was found. After all that, my husband goes to assemble the furniture and 2 of the loft beds are missing everything except the futon pieces. So now, we need our pieces, but I am afraid to have the delivery people come back. This entire experience was awful.

I WOULD NEVER BIT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. The sales team were wonderful. After that it was pure hell! I scheduled my delivery of 2 full bedroom sets fur 9-30 and whoever typed the info in put 10-30. Day one of missed work. Couldnt delivery until Sunday. Deliver came with a queen size headboard for my king size bed. But I did receive the KS footboard and rails. lol Womens dresser mirror was terribly damaged, one of the queen size bed rails was broken and the Gentlemans chest had serious gouges on the feet and the sliding glass door was broken. Ok... Next delivery on Tuesday. New Mirror was broken in a million pieces, Headboard came without the hardware to assemble it and the gentlemen chest was in worse shape than the one I had. My out of town guests arrive in 2 days and of course they dont deliver on weds and Thursdays. So they will be sleeping on the mattress on the floor. What a JOKE!

I would never ever again purchase anything from here, such a pain to place an order. Few items they delivery and few they do not. Always make sure you pay for the same item that you selected. Because sales rep here wont take that pain and the worst customer service they give. They do really care and they are open only on weekends so.... A big NO... even if you have an issue and you take it to store manager, they are like yea we do mistake and its a part and parcel of our life. We can do nothing about it. ZERO Starts as rating

Nice staff and plenty of them, they were not pushy trying to sell stuff. Even had a employee come over introduce himself said if you guys need help Im your man if not just give me a shout. Once I picked the couch I wanted he was kind enough to measure for me and get me all checked out 10/10 James

Horrible! Bought a lamp and sent home with wrong one. Returned it and they couldnt find the one that I bought. Decided to wait for a new shipment to relieve my lamp, and its been over a month. Still waiting and it was "supposed" to be in two weeks ago.

Terrible service as when you call it takes literally 30-minutes to an hour in order to get someone on the line. The $600. mattress bought is sagging already in the middle and I only had it for 8-months. And my daughter only weighs 100 lbs.

After 20 minutes of trying to find someone to help me (including asking three employees if they could help me find someone)... I left. Im ready to go somewhere and spend a bit more money but actually have customer service.

The prices are great and they do have a lot of variety. But the furniture which I liked, they didnt have a new piece and I was given the only option to take the one on the display which after second time, I didnt like it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Worst customer service I have ever had buying furniture. I will never spend another dime here. There is a great Ashley Furniture down the road, great customer service, prices and dependable.
