My wife purchased my wedding ring from this store a few weeks ago. We informed the store that I would be leaving for USAF basic within three weeks (the average length of time for Triton to send the ring out) they said they could get it in with in this time. Not only did they meet the time frame but they beat it by two weeks. I ended up having an issue with the ring (due to manufacturer and user as I was probably too rough for a tension setting) but again Mucklows said they would take care of it & sent the ring back to have another sent in again producing another ring in a week. We are seriously impressed I couldnt believe how well they handled this situation with a time crunch also the entire time treating us as if we had spent 10k at their store. Its just hard to fine people that are this kind, willing to help, professional, knowledgeable. I am extremely impressed and will definitely do business with Mucklows in the future.

As expected, Mucklows did an excellent job of repairing a family heirloom ring for my daughter. We took it in Friday and it was done in less than a week. This ring belonged to my Grandmother who left it to my daughter. I wouldnt trust anyone else with such a precious piece of our familys history. Thank you, Kelly and the rest of the wonderful staff!

1st impression was great! Smiling faces and someone actually OFFERED to clean my ring while we were waiting. Mrs. Joyce helped me and my fiancé. We were looking for his wedding band.
