They werent the warmest. Borderline rude. Announced $19.95 for battery replacement and told me to come back in 10 minutes. I didnt like being dismissed and not being asked if I wanted the service but I left it there anyway. I came back. No receipt. No thank you. No change (only 5 cents but how do you just take it?). And I had to come back and ask for a warranty which was given reluctantly. Dont give them your money. I make it a policy to not to give my money to persons or businesses who dont respect my hard earned money but I was in a hurry to get it done.

Went to have a ring sized to match another ring and they sized it wrong and said that they would have to charge me to size the other one to match. The lady at the counter said that she did a lot of stuff for free but all they did was clean it because they had to to size it. Never believe what they say we were waiting and they stopped working on my ring to work on 5 watches that came in after my ring. Terrible customer service and in the end I still have the same problem 2 rings that are different sizes

I have had two rings resized here. They are not as warm as most stores, but it was done accurately and the cost was right, AND I was able to get it while still at the mall that day. The first sizing, my first experience, the customer service was better than the last. All is well though.

Absolutely terrible, I brought some glasses in because they were bent... They broke them and scratched the lens and charged me $50 to do so. Tried to get a refund since they obviously made it worse and they cursed at my wife in front of people. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

I Had my hair loom family ring Recoated with white gold here. They cleaned and shined the ring as well. It looked flawless. They gave that precious ring a second chance!! Definitely Worth the drive from alpharetta.
