Service is bad, they dont do what you ask them or what the people from the 1-800 number ask them to do and they try to talk you into what they want you to buy instead of selling you what you want. They lie and say they cant order stuff offline when they can and they sent my rings out just to get them back three weeks later which was a week before my promise date and told me they did nothing to the ring because the size i need is too big to stretch so they have to special order. Mind you I paid for the ring in full and in order to have them special order i had to give them an additional 20% or come in a get a full refund and have them ring me up all over again. Take my advise and go to the Whitemarsh location or order your jewelry online or over the phone. Eastpoint is very unprofessional and dont care about their customers.
