Recently, I had just a few minutes between appointments and stopped in to figure out what to give my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary. I was open to just about anything, which is a real problem if you want to get just the right gift for such a huge occasion. Our anniversary was five days away and I had no thought at all about what to get her. The first thing that I noticed was the teamwork among the associates. They took an authentic interest in finding the perfect gift for my wife. Before I knew it Randy, the owner of Koser Jewelers was working with his team. Within 5 minutes we were looking at possibilities. I wasn’t rushed in fact we looked at many options. The interesting thing is that it turned out that one of those first anniversary bands we looked at was the ring that I ended up buying. In other words they knew what I was looking for better than I did. Their consultative approach allowed me to discover with my own eyes the ring that perfectly matched what I wanted to say to my wife. To size the ring I brought in my wife’s engagement ring in to be “cleaned” for the special occasion. (You may have guessed it and that wasn’t my idea.) Seeing the rings together made the final decision clear. I can’t begin to express the joy in my heart as I watched her face light up when she saw two rings in the box. She was blown away! That is a moment that I will never forget and it was all because of the great and thoughtful work of everyone at Koser Jewelers. Thank you.

Ive had nothing short of an amazing experience with Koser Jewelers. Suzanne was an absolute gem to work with. I called asking about a very specific wedding band from Art Carved. The Jeweler at which we purchased my wedding rings went out of business a year after we were married. We were looking for another band as an anniversary band to compliment the set. I hit the lottery when Suzanne answered. My ring needed to be resized. Our rings had to be engraved. And my hard to find band had to be ordered. We live 45 minutes from Koser Jewelers, but the trips were well worth it. Everything was affordable, and Suzanne broke it all down for me to understand. Pineapples are very significant in our relationship. (Yes, I know how odd that sounds.) Part of the engraving had pineapples in it. They are the only Jeweler that would engrave a pineapple into our bands. Aside, my husbands band is made of Tungsten. Which is difficult to engrave because too much stress put on this ring will make it crack. They attempted and nailed it. Both the pineapples and the lettering on both rings were perfect. Exactly what we wanted. I will recommend Koser Jewelers to anyone who will listen. And go see Suzanne. You wont be sorry.

Well run operation. Not sure how we came across this place originally, back when it was further in town. I guess my wife must have seen an ad. Anyhow that was probably 15 to 20 years ago, and I dont shop anywhere else when it comes to nice jewelry for my wife. Have bought several items and have always been impressed with their customer service. You will pay a bit for most things, but it is very nice jewelry. You get what you pay for. They also have a nice Pandora counter that is much nicer to shop at than the one in the mall. Have bought my daughters and wife many items here. My daughter got a gift certificate to the one in the mall (Park City), and their customer service was nonexistent. At the mall you take a number and wait, then after picking out what you want you have to wait in another line to check out. Even last Christmas the wait was not long here, there was no waiting to get checked out, and they gift wrapped everything. The new store is very nice, not that the old one wasnt, but parking could be a problem at their old location, not anymore.

Koser Jewelers is an awesome fine jewelry experience! I have never walked into a place and felt more respected than I am there. I have gone and custom designed my engagement ring and am currently designing my fiances wedding band with them. I can absolutely applaud LaRue and Josh for their efforts to not simply try to sell me something, but let me feel at home enough to make a purchase when and if I got to that point! I went to Kay Jewelers first and they just wanted to sell me a ring, while Kosers wanted to educate me and walk alongside me as I was deciding to buy or custom design an engagement ring! The sophistication, pride and customer service is through the roof and as a group of Christian employees, I really love those people! Kosers, keep it up and thank you for being as great as you are! I was so happy with the service we recived when shopping for our wedding bands! We have simple tase and were looking for very simple bands, no dimonds no bling, I am just not into all that. When we went to other jewlers they didnt seam to want to help us much since we wouldnt be spending much. But a Koser the treated us like we were spending millions! It was great to still get awesome service and personal attention! Koser is the only place we will be getting jewlery from now on!

I purchased an engagement ring from Koser Jewelers and cannot be more pleased with how the whole experience went. Suzanne was flawless as a sales associate and was able to walk me through the entire process with no issues. We were even able to have the ring re-sized in under 2 hours after she said yes! Excellent, friendly service. They helped make buying an engagement ring fun and easy when I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. We sat down, shared a few beers and they educated me on everything important and treated me so well. I loved the entire experience and their main concern was that everything was perfect. And I was able to hang on to some of my money too! Great prices and OUTSTANDING service!

My wife and I had an amazing experience during the Le Vian chocolatier event on May 12th!!!!! The staff were absolutely great, and made us feel at home. My wife was hoping to find matching earrings for one of her Le Vian necklaces and Ryan pulled a miracle and found an exact match!!!! Great value, awesome quality and very creative designs. This family owned store does a great job helping you to find the item you want in your budget. They have their own gold smiths on site and I have shopped there for almost 20 years. I am so impressed with these guys. They even purchase gold and silver at a fair price.
