All of our dealings with Goodman & Sons have been very personable, professional and timely. We always feel welcomed and especially well taken care whenever we stop in. I came to Goodman & Sons for a custom engagement ring and matching wedding band. Being unfamiliar with the entire process as well as the “when, hows, how long, how much”, I went out and did my research. I still was not completely comfortable with my level of “engagement ring” education, but I can say that by working with Kitty Merritt, their Engagement Specialist, it made the entire process far less onerous, and a lot less stressful than I imagined it would be. In addition, Kitty truly enjoys the heck out of what she does and more importantly focuses intensely on and cares about your needs/project...which is paramount on such an endeavor. After meeting and working with Kitty, my anxiety level almost disappeared, thanks to her extremely helpful and insightful nature. Ms. Merritt was able to put up with my "special" timeline and expedited the custom ring to accommodate my proposal plans, along with having the appraisal paperwork completed and accompanying the rings, within the timeline promised! We could not be any happier with Kitty’s personal service, customer support and assistance, as well as with the perfect custom rings Goodman & Sons was able to produce for us!

Goodman and Sons Jewelers in Hampton is top notch! The minute you enter their building you feel like family! All the staff make you feel so welcome. The staff there always have a smile on their faces. You can tell that the owners take care of their staff. My personal favorite is Danielle, she is an asset to the company and has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care Of. I am a Pandora lover and they have a great selection to chose from. I have had jewelry repairs done at a very fair price and the work was done great! When I arrive Ms at the location I was greeted promptly by Bill who made sure I was welcomed warmly and began to answer any questions I had. Every time I walk in, and that is often, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The customer service is excellent! They also generously support local volunteer groups, such as PAWS in Poquoson and several civic groups as well.
