When my husband and I were ring shopping over 11 years ago, I had a very particular design for my engagement ring in mind. We went to all of the large jewelry chains first. I couldnt find anything close to what I was looking for and every single sales person barely gave us the time of day. I dont know if it was because we looked younger than we actually were, but when you are going to spend such a large amount of money, you should never waste it on a store that cant be bothered to go the distance. We heard about Sanders Diamond Jewelers from friends of ours. Our first impression from the time we stepped foot in the store was like a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, respectful, and happy to help. They pulled out these enormous catalogs and patiently guided me to the perfect ring and then helped me customize it even further. I will be a customer for life based on that experience. I recently took my great-grandmothers ring in to have it cleaned and sized properly. They were able to detect that several of the prongs were worn down and potentially at risk for losing the diamonds, which is something that would have never occurred to me. It was ready the next day, and it looks beautiful. Thank you Sanders!

I have been a customer of Sanders Jewelers for years/decsdes. What keeps me coming back is the customer service. Admittedly, I am there when I need repairs and replacements. And, though I have never purchased any of their beautiful diamonds, I cant imagine that I would get even better service if I did. I still trek to Pasadena though I have lived in Baltimore for a few years now. When I asked for a recommendation for repairs, no one seemed to feel strongly about their jeweler. Its worth the drive. And Barbara, who has handled my repairs, delivers the best suggestions and goes the extra mile to make sure that your needs are taken care of.

I went in to size an engagement ring and mentioned Id eventually like to replace the center stone. The owner, Larry Sanders, spent a tremendous amount of time with me, presenting options and showed me a stone hed just bought on a business trip that was stunning and perfect for my budget. I decided not to wait and was able to finance the stone same as cash for a year. The replaced the stone within a day. The ring looked amazing. The experience was beyond my expectations. Larry was fantastic! Of course, she said yes :-) Ill be back again and again.

Sanders jewlers is a very friendly place to shop. Went there for engagement ring a couple years ago and found that they want your business and want to make you a satisfied customer. So as my wedding is quickly approaching I went there Saturday and they helped me with thorough understanding of my budget and what I was looking for and did an excellent job. Bought the wedding band with the help from Gabrielle who was very nice, and no pressure on more expensive items. They have what you are looking for no matter cost.

I went to Sanders just to look around knowing they were having a sale. As soon as I walked in the door I spotted an emerald and diamond band. I asked to see the ring and the sales lady informed me that it was on sale and it could be purchased and sized for me in a half an hour. That sealed the deal. Everyone there was so courteous and willing to tell me everything they knew about the ring. Definitely a great place to shop. I cant wait to see their new location on Mt. Road.

I wish I had shopped around before selling them my unwanted gold. I now realize W.C. Field was right when he said, "There is a sucker born every minute." I was the "sucker" and there are a lot of businesses out their waiting to take advantage. Even more upsetting is that I have shopped at Sanders exclusively for years, so I trusted them. Staff is okay. The owner is not very nice. I had an issue with a piece of jewelry that was made and bought there. My concern and questions were not addressed by the owner. I will definitely never buy another piece of jewelry there again.
