My mom and I went into Adore as first-time customers with two garnet stones to set in matching mother-daughter rings. These stones were precious to us (found the garnet as a child and spent a lot of time thinking about what to do with the stones). The people working were great and helpful in guiding us through different ring options and settings. We were told that we could test out the rings first before setting the stones (because once you set the stone.. thats it). We ordered the rings and Adore said they would not set the stones until we gave the OK. On the phone today, they said they already set the stones BEFORE WE SAW THE RINGS AND GAVE THE OK. My mom and I wont be able to see the rings for a few days, and its not a great feeling knowing that Adore went ahead and set the stones without our approval. I asked the man on the phone what would happen if we didnt like them (once again, this is garnet with a backstory) and he avoided the question and kept repeating that we would love them. My concerns were not addressed on the phone with them and they clearly did not follow their own established directions (they suggested the test-set in the first place). Now Im nervous that I just wasted a bunch of money on a setting that we arent truly in love with because Adore didnt listen. I will post an update. Update: Were sitting in the store now. The rings are beautiful, but we will not be returning. The attitude of the employees is very defensive and not responsive to the customer concerns. One employee blamed another for the mistake and they also blamed their lack of organization while in the process of moving. Not professionally handled. Update #2: We went to another place to get it sized since it was slightly too large and I didnt want to go back into Adore. The jeweler there noticed my stone had been damaged in the setting process and had a gash on the side. Be wary of Adore...

Jewelers with compassion! I went in to Adore Jewelry hoping that they could fix a ring for my granddaughter. My daughter passed away in June and my granddaughters counselor gave her a ring that was a small spiral. She didnt want to wear it as a ring, but on a chain as a necklace. I was afraid she would lose it since the spiral was partially open so I thought a jeweler could close it somewhat so she could put in on a chain. I was told the ring wasnt valuable and they wouldnt be able to do anything with it. I told them it had sentimental value and told them about my daughter. BJ of Adore took the ring to his work area and squeezed the two parts of the spiral together so a chain wouldnt slip through. And I wasnt charged a thing! Theres so much more to life than items of great monetary value. BJ (and the others at Adore) showed me their compassion, which is priceless! A huge thank you to everyone there!

My late husband Salvatore Teta , purchased my engagement ring at Adore...he had never been married or engaged before...so it was a Big Big Deal for him...they helped him pick the perfect three stone platinum ring that means the world to me. After his death 3 yeas ago I noticed that one of my prongs was loose...I took it back to them and Andre was and has been so kind and gracious with my jewelry repair....I have since returned with a diamond bracelet that Sal also purchased for me too have the clasp secured and the diamonds cleaned. Andre has always been kind and so gracious ...I recommend Andre and Adore wholeheartedly for their professionalism and customer focused service. I have a family member that is planning an engagement soon and I already recommended he visit Andre and Adore for a truly personal experience.

Getting married this weekend and in town from San Diego. My Naval Academy class ring was a bit snug so I stopped by some stores on Main Street but each had a 2-3 week turnaround. Called Adore and the gentleman I spoke to told me to come in and discuss some options (even conceded that I could probably get it done free from Jostens). He had his jewelry repair technician take a look and confidently promised to have it complete the next morning, even though it is a very thick ring. You will not find that type of Service many places. If you need a repair done well and quickly call Adore!!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at Adore when we came in to look at wedding bands. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job helping us to pick out two unique rings and gave us a great price! They also helped me find a pair of unique earrings to go with the necklace I plan to wear on the wedding day - a custom piece that was given to me by my Grandmother. And to top it off, they cleaned and polished my engagement ring before we left for no charge! Great service, great prices, cant recommend this place enough!
