Was horribly disappointed by the service at this establishment. My friends and I were simply minding our own business looking for snacks for the evening when this unkind employee interrupted our journey. She was a slightly older lady with shoulder length blonde hair and poorly applied eyeshadow. She quite rudely told us that if we were not buying anything to leave the store. Keep in mind it was 12am and the store does not close until 230am so it was quite out of place for someone to be kicking us out. Overall, was quite threatened by this establishment but we still bought some chips from the unwelcoming employee.

This grocery store is absolutely horrible. Late night employees are extremely rude and not hospitable by any means. I understand the late shift can be tough, but that doesnt give you the right to treat me like garbage make obscene comments, and act sarcastically in poor taste. The only reason I would ever go here is because theyre open until 2:30. If you are thinking of going here please message me first and I will pay you $10 cash, paypal, or whatever means, to get you not to shop here. Thats right, I will pay you not to shop at this god awful store.

Pretty straightforward Giant Eagle location. Crocker Park continues to get more and more busy, so it can be a pain navigating around here. There is plenty of parking though so once youre there you should be just fine. This location is also starting to show its age and getting a little grubby on the margins. Overall, just fine. Dont forget to check out the awesome beer cave!

Worst expierence ever at a wine store. The Clerk did not know how to ring up a simple case of wine. She had to ring it up twice and then still had to get a coworker to come over to help her. The amount was completely incorrect. Ultimetly I gave up, paid, and was not given a receipt to contest the incorrect prices. Will never buy wine from there ever again.

Maybe Im just never going to get used to the layout being so different from my old Giant Eagle, but Ive been going here for 8 months now and I still lose where certain things are sometimes. Staff are friendly and will help me, but it just seems like some of the place just isnt intuitively laid out.

Had a pleasant experience with a cashier, or possible manager. I didnt get her name (maybe Debbie, I could only see half of her name tag). She went out of her way when a customer cut me in line by finding a register for me and loading my groceries onto the belt. So unnecessary, but so sweet.

Good deals, good variety, good people, fast checkouts, clean, lots of parking... yeah, good store, but you probably already knew that. :)
