Excellent service department (now that theyve made some personnel changes) who will actually give you simple help and advice free of charge. Their hourly shop rate isnt too bad either. Parts department is knowledgeable and outstanding. As far a the sales department, I brought my first bike, which was a total piece of junk that totally broke down, to them and they gave me an excellent price on a trade in for it and gave me a decent deal on a newer bike. Definitely recommend this shop they are just a good bunch of guys and gals.

What a joke! Long story, but wont go back again! Then to be disrespected and when that didnt work, they blame it on a new employee! Lost my business and the many friends i would have sent their way. I will add, that not only did they call and accept blame for the problem, but gave me 20 percent off on the part they were supposed to order! I am changing my review from a 1 to a 4, since they not only apologized, but made up for it as well!

First they claimed to be an authorized Kymco service center, they are not, only the Des Moines location is, secondly after taking my Kymco there for service, they did a completely substandard job, didnt replace at least two broken part they were instructed too, they also left out a number of screws holding the body together, all in all just plain shoddy workmanship and complete lack of attention to detail.

Went down with my buddy to buy a new helmet and he ended up getting back on a bike after a 3 decade hiatus. The guys at Fenders Ames were great to work with, the service is what sticks out, and you can tell they dig bikes! Mike and Gene were great at helping and made a deal that my buddy loved, now I have a new riding partner. Id buy from them all day long!

Took my motorcycle here to get the tires changed and now about 3 to 4 weeks later found some loose bolts and the back tire has moved they will never touch anything I own again I find this a very big safety issue and if they cant even get changing a tire right I really cant trust them to do anything else right on my bike

Fenders Honda is an easy stop for motorcycle parts and service. They are always friendly and can order about any part I need while restoring old motorcycles. Theyre often cheaper than eBay vendors and usually double check their suppliers to find the cheapest price. Great store, recommend to any motor head.

Horrible experience servicing my bike. Everything that was taken off the bike was half put back on or installed incorrectly just straight lazy work. Will not be useing their service center again. Their parts department however has always been helpful.

That One Dude

Walked in the door to find only one guy, in his office talking on the phone the entire time. I made eye contact and he ignored me. Found the service department myself, the employee back there was very helpful.
