I have been researching and shopping for Can-Am Spyders for about 2 years. I searched in California, Texas, I searched Nebraska, Wyoming, Florida, and everything in between. I finally came acrossed Hicklin Powersports and spoke with Joe on September 12th, I found one on their website that had everything I wanted including the price. Its is an older Can-Am Spyder, however, for the price and all the accessories that came with it? I could not be happier. 5 days after my first contact with Joe, I had the spider in my possession over here in Wyoming. They are very honest, truthful, friendly, reasonably priced, and everything is to the best of their knowledge. The only problem I had was the inner rear break was lower than the rest of them, and that was because the caliper needed adjusted. Joe sent me new pads fir the rear at no cost. I would highly highly recommend Hicklin Powersports without any hesitation.

“When I moved here from the lush East Coast off-road scene, I was afraid I wouldnt have a good source for my dirt addiction. More often than not, when I ask a question about off road apparel, accessories or parts, I get that dog watching the ceiling fan look. Not at Hicklin. They know their stock, and they know their resources for items they dont stock. They even know that two-stroke dirt bikes still exist and are far better than those heavy four stroke pigs. You need a tire to hook up when its slick enough to slide a spider? Hicklin will get it for ya. Need something to hold your melon together when those ornery trees jump out in front of you? Hicklin has brain buckets right there on the shelf. Great location too, you dont have to waste those precious hours in traffic when all you need is some filter oil or new goggles. Highly recommended.”

Very helpful and knowledgeable, no pressure, staff at Hicklin. I work just a couple of minutes away so I find myself stopping in quite often, kicking tires more than anything usually. Its pretty uncommon to feel so welcome when youre not spending loads of money at a place. I was given some very helpful info from the staff while I was browsing helmets the other day. Being a savvy consumer I wanted to check online to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. Hicklin had it priced at exactly what the cheapest online retailer was selling the item for. I returned and bought the helmet yesterday :) Id recommend this place to any of my friends. When Im in the market for a new bike it will be the first place I go.

guess ILL go to VAN WALL POWER SPORTS!!! I went hicklin power sports yesterday (5-14-16) ready to buy a brand new motorcycle and a bunch of accessories that day. There were only two other customers in the store at the parts counter and I couldnt even get a hello. The "sales girl" (if you want to call her that) was not helping a customer but actually played fetch with the shop dog the ENTIRE TIME. What a joke after 45 minutes of walking around checking out every single bike in the place I walked out angry. plus I still never heard a single word from the staff. You guys truly suck and missed out on a big sale because of it. Just a tip AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost there are other dealers close by!

These are my go to guys. I bought my 2012 RTSpyder grin these guys. Within a day I let a friend try it out and it ended up being totaled . I called Joe from the scene and he had a truck within the hour to come pick up the carnage. They stayed with me through the insurance debacle and made me feel like I actually had a friend rather than a business helping me get it straightened out. I appreciate places that go the extra mile, especially in unexpected and stressful situations. Today Im enjoying my replacement Spyder and would never consider letting anyone except these guys touch it for any service situation

My son just bought a new Yamaha from them (Jason G) and I had to borrow a trailer and pick it up the next day. Working at a car dealership I was a little apprehensive on what to expect when I got there. It was a pleasant surprise when I walked through the door as the salesman Jason G met me right away and turned me over to Mike N for delivery.Mike wasnt just making check marks on his clipboard , he wanted me to fully understand every feature on the machine. It was such a great experience If I had a position available Id dam near hire him away... Thanks again Jason and Mike !!

Worst service in town. Even if your machine is brand new and under warranty, they will straight up lie to you, and do service you didnt ask for or need, and try to charge you for it!!! Spoke with 4 different people who all tried to correct the problem. The service manager is a clown, to say the least. BUYER BEWARE! Take your business elsewhere. In the end they had to refund my service bill (100% of it), the machine still didnt run right, so I had to take it to another service center to get fixed correctly, all for free (under warranty like it should be)

The new Bolt is the s***!!! Hicklin made it so hassle free. I was at Honda and they are rude and treat you like you dont matter. Ive bought two new R1s... So they should have took me more seriously. I could have gotten a Honda or Harley but Im glad I made the choice I did. The bike looks awesome, sounds awesome and is wicked fast not to mention handles and operates like a dream. Do yourself a favor and stop in and see em. 3rd new Yamaha Ive bought from them and wont be the last! Thanks Hicklin! Mike Collins

Salesman was terrible...I was ready to buy but wanted to test drive the product first. The salesman made it seem like it would be a pain for me to do so. I would ask questions and he wouldnt really give me direct answers. Sad because I was told this is how I would be treated by others prior to going. I ended up telling him to forget it and walked out. I now think I will be purchasing a Kawasaki from stuthers brothers a few miles away. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their product.

Amazing selection and rather low prices for what youre getting. Very relaxed atmosphere and a great layout everything packed in convienent pods all together and organized by class and size. I would recommend this place e to anyone getting I to the sport of riding or intermediate riders looking to gain more skill in whatever theyre doing. Not a lot of expert level stuff though, not a lot of stand alone parts, other then that they carry most brands and a very reliable customer service group of guys

All of the staff at Hicklin have been super. I chose Rocky because he is the one I have had the most contact with. He seems to go out of his way to find what I am looking for and if it is unavailable he will assist me in finding a suitable alternative. There are closer shops, but service and quality are important to me and I will go the extra mile, or 12, for good experiences. When someone asks me where I go for my bike, my first response is Hicklin Power Sports.
