I went to Indian Motorcycle scared out of my mind. I thought, "What do I know about motorcycles?!" I just think they are totally cool and eventually want to own one. But I thought for sure if I went in there one of the rough and tough biker salesman was going to force me to buy a motorcycle against my will. You see, Im very easy to manipulate and often give way under pressure to buying things I cant afford or didnt want to buy. (Ive lost a small fortune to those mall kiosks guys). Im sure many others can relate. Before going I prepared accordingly. I put on some clothes that I could move fast in, and of course my PF Flyers, If I got talked into a corner I was set to jet. I also parked a few blocks down from there store so I didnt give them a second chance in the parking lot if they too had a fast moving salesman. But as it turns out, all of this was unnecessary. I walked in greeted by Joel and Dillon, "Hi! How are you doing today?" It seemed genuine so I let my guard down a little bit. "Is there anything in particular we can help you out with today?", they asked. I said, "Well as a matter of fact Im interested in purchasing a motorcycle, but not necessarily today and not in a week either." They replied, "Great man, would you like our assistance in helping you get a good idea of the style of bike you might possibly be interested in in the future?" So kind, not rushing me, and very personable. Joel and Dillon made me feel right at home, and because of their calm and sensible demeanor I was able to take my time and make the decision that is right for me. I have researched, spoken with them and finally found what I want and plan to purchase one in the following months and be out on the open road by springtime. I cant thank them enough for making my initial motorcycle shopping experience a good one.

I am highly impressed with this dealership and their people. I made a couple visits here in the last year looking at motorcycles, and even came near to buying a used one last year, but backed out. This year I went in and looked at a new Indian Scout. The staff (I dealt primarily with Birdman) were friendly and knowledgeable, werent high pressure at all, and were eager to let me test ride a bike. They listened to my needs and offered good advice. When it came time time to trade in, they made an extremely fair offer for my previous motorcycle, didnt feel like I needed to haggle at all. At delivery, they took the time to demonstrate the unique aspects of the bike, and point out things I would have likely had to scour the user manual to find. They covered maintenance intervals and highlighted important milestones. They even have no qualms letting you know how to do your own services (rather than demanding you bring them in or lose your warranty). In the end I feel like I got a great bike at a very fair price, and am confident they will provide excellent support after the sale as well.

Thank you Thank you! to the entire team who helped in the purchase of our family boat. Blake was my POC, very engaged, genuine & reactive to our requests & needs (very nice guy). Craig was the manager who helped with the overall transaction & helped tie the deal out. Joel helped coordinate our pick up & closure of paperwork. Shelly was super in helping prep all our paperwork for DMV/Parks & Rec. All in all, this was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences; low pressure, proffessional & genuine enviornment. Well be coming in soon with the boys next season to see about some ATVs. Look forward to seeing you guys then. To be completely honest...I was skeptical about purchasing an atv (let alone two!) from a shop in the heart of Johnson County...in the past Ive had what I thought to be better experiences out in the boonies. I was BLOWN AWAY by the level of personal attention and professional customer service offered by my salesman Blake. Hes a "real guy" and actually creates a feeling of hospitality while hes attending to the needs at hand. His style is what a large-scale buying experience should be...a 1:1 interaction with a knowledgeable professional, one who actually knows his product, and wants to know his customers. I like his style, and if you appreciate, seek out, and pay for, quality things...youll appreciate his quality approach to your transaction. Highest of high marks Blake, well done sir...Ill come back your way as long as I can. Additionally, Craig and Joel on the management side are also tremendous folks. Talk about feeling welcome when you cross the threshold. Well done fellas, keep it up!

Every time I step into this dealership, I feel as if im part of the crew. All members of the staff are approachable and easy to work with. The whole team is willing to go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help you. Iv experienced the staff going above and beyond to correct things that even I was unaware of, and or to do me a favor. I strongly recommend this dealership to every rider I talk to. If you need routine service for any bike, they will do everything in there power to assist you. The managers will work with you, the parts and accessories salesmen are not pushy and will help you get what you dream to have on your bike, or attire. Even the techs come out to answer any complicated questions you may have. All in all.....This is the best motorcycle dealership I have ever stepped foot in. I even stop in to hang out with some of the staff when im on my way home from a long ride on the 2016 Indian Chieftain, they helped me trick out to my desire.

My husband came into the store to see about a trike so I would maybe ride again. (Even with his heart set on the Indian Springfield) I finally told him I still wasnt sure I would be able to ride again, so while he was waiting he looked at the Springfield again. He asked Joel if it would be possible to test ride it, Joel answered sure thing but if you ride it you will want to buy it!! Joel was right, he had to have it. On that day I made my husband very happy !!! Now we are proud owners of an Indian Motorcycle. Thank you Craig, Blake & Joel for taking such good care of us and staying late to get it done!! Who knows maybe I will ride again...

These guys and Shelly really know how to make you feel comfortable and at home. The staff was so willing to make sure we were getting what we were looking for. Tyler helped us pick bikes out and spent extra time with my wife to make sure her first motorcycle purchase was the right one. Craig and Joel really went to bat for us to get us the best deal from the banks. A thank you to Derek for ordering our vests and to Jeff for working with me on scheduling my first maintenance and stage 2 upgrade. Thank you all!
