My husband dropped his bike off a little over two weeks ago, he was told the problem could be fixed but was never given a time period (mind you the bike was running when he dropped it off). They NEVER called my husband to give him any sort of updates. Two weeks went by when my husband called and was told his bike still hadnt been worked on yet. He asked if it could be put back together so it can be picked up and brought to another bike shop, he was told yes and that he would be contacted the next day when it was ready for pick up. The next day my husband waited till Noon with no phone call and decided to contact them, they told him it was ready. When we got to the shop his bike would not start, we hooked it up to my car to jump the battery- NOTHING! He was still required to pay $63 just for them to pull it apart and put it back together and now it doesnt run! Plus a few bolts were missing off of the plastics. When I went into the shop the man behind the counter was talking and laughing about my husband and the situation with his bike with 2 other customers and other workers in the store! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I was disgusted with the lack of customer service skills this man had. He told me there was absolutely nothing they could do since my husband didnt want to wait "a couple of more days", I told him they already had it for 2 weeks and they never told him it would take this long. What if this was his only way of transportation?? The mechanic however was very understanding and explained to me what the problem could be in a very nice manner which I appreciated. My husband will never bring his bike back there again and he will make sure he lets all his biker friends know about his experience.

I went in and asked about a leak I had on my bike. While I was there the salesman "Dino" came up to me and pointed me in the right direction. He knew I was not there to buy anything per-say... but he couldnt have been any nicer to me. He answered all my questions and I had a ton of them considering I had never even heard of some of the bikes they sold there. I highly recommend this place for mechanics as well. I have had a head gasket leak for about 2 years now. I ride my bike next to never because I am from Michigan. However I just moved here and now can ride it all the time. David is the owner-mechanic I spoke to. He told me the leak was not something that needed immediate attention and would do no damage if I left it alone. (It is 500$ to fix it and I just dont have the cash right now) So for him to not try and rip me off or play the fear card is A plus class to me. I also read the other reviews and when i went in and spoke to the Mechanic I addressed them. When you take your bike up there and just leave it, it gets seen when ever the mechanic has down time. If you have ever been to a motorcycle shop you know there is NEVER down time. So your walk in (thats the term) will sit indefinitely and might take months to be fixed. BUT if you make an appointment your appointment comes FIRST and will have a priority. So make sure you have an appointment! For the review of the person who was hung up on... I have called this place 5 times and have never had this happen.

It was a traumatic shopping experience… Why the 5 stars? Dino did his job, just not what I asked him to do. I walked into the shop to buy an oil filter and a few crush washers when I saw it. A brand new 2014 Triumph Thunderbird at a price… a price that you regret if you let it go and my favorite Triumph color, burgundy. Ive been wanting one for a couple of years and the price seemed too good to be true. When Im talking to Dino I ask him if he wouldnt mind to sabotage the sale. I didnt care how he did it, price, fees, financing, trade. His pick. The store was busy with an event so it should have been easy. In short he didnt. The price was amazing, no surprise fees, fair trade in value and jaw dropping financing. Im still not sure whether to be thrilled or angry. So buyer beware, there are good people and good values in there.

Best experience Ive ever had with a dealer. Communicated with the owner, David, via email and was able to get a price locked in before I even came in. When I got to the shop I inspected the bike and was able to sign the papers and ride home on my new Daytona 675. Even though it was about an hour and a half away it was worth the trip. If youre in the market for a Triumph and dont want to pay outrageous dealer fees or get jerked around by a smarmy salesman, this is the place to go.

Ive had them replace bearings and install tires and the service has always been quick and reasonably priced. An other shop on hwy 50 wanted to keep my bike for a few days to change one set of wheel bearings. Motorcycle Enthusiast had me in and out in about 2 hours. Always friendly and approachable with questions. Customer service is excellent and atmosphere keeps me coming back even though I ride a Japanese bike.

I am a new rider and bought some parts, a helmet, and had some service done. All of the people I worked with were fantastic! We got a great deal on a clearance helmet, bought a carb rebuild kit that they put together from individual parts vice waiting for the kit to be ordered, and had a starter fixed, and a tire/wheel balanced. I will definitely continue to go there for anything my bike needs.

I was unhappy with the employees, prices, and service. They work inefficiently, they give EMPTY PROMISES for when things will be done. They charged me more than what they said it would be to install parts. Work is incomplete. People are not nice. If you want to get your bikes worked on go to Barneys or Action Honda. MC Enthusiast WILL NOT take care of you.

Honest and dependable - I have had work completed on my bike and purchased several items from them as well. The work done is right and the prices are very reasonable for a motorcycle shop. I have see prices for items on line no less then what they are selling for. No price gouging to my knowledge.

I purchased a 2018 KTM from Dave and he has always been very helpful with questions of any kind that I have. The day I purchased the bike I didnt have tie-downs to strap it onto the trailer and he gave me some off the shelf and told me to pay him for them when I have the money.

terrible service. Asked about mounting a tire and had no respect for the customer. They said they could mount a tire for me then transferred me to service and said no we wont do that for you and hung up. LOOK AROUND BEFORE YOU COME HERE

Awesome place to bring your bike for courteous, friendly and quick service. Great line of accessories and supplies. Geoff is one of the best and knowledgeable bike mechanics Ive run across over many years. Highly recommended!!!
