This shop is the worst I have ever visited beyond "honda town. " I am sitting in my car writing this in lieu of test riding a 125cc honda grom (A bike in which I have never ridden and I am afraid is much to underpowered) which was priorly authorized over phone before I left (35 minute trip) and also two minutes after I walkedinside. As soon as I walked in I asked about the specific bike (one employee was helping a customer the other two lounging on new bikes) I was there to see and soon I was shown the bike (in the connected garage by "employee a") and during this time to walk to the garage and my general inspection of the bike "employee a" again stated me riding this motorcycle was fine if I had my endorsement and my own helmet (I have both). I than proceed to ask to use the restroom and "employee a" guided me back to the showroom (small and quite unorganized to say the least) into the corner where the bathroom was. Funny side note to get in this said bathroom you must use a key hanging from a string to unlock the door AFTER knocking to make sure no one is inside..Anyways as I walk out i am walking back in the general direction I assumed "employee a" would be and I was looking at a couple motorcycles on my way. Within a couple minutes of me looking at these random motorcycles I was approached by "employee b" who was the employee lounging on a brand new motorcycle when I first entered as if he was a king. I told him the gist of my visit and he than proceeded to tell me that I couldnt test drive this motorcycle unless I was buying it. The sole purpose for this visit was to test ride this motorcycle and see if it had what I needed for my personal commute. I drove thirty five minutes to get here with prior authorization (twice) to ride this motorcycle and I was in the building for no longer than seven minutes. If you value your time and money do not come to this shop because all you will receive is condescending, arrogant, pretentious and completely horrid "help"as they called it. This shop is a complete joke.

Of all the shops Ive been to for cars and bikes over the years this is my favorite one. I bought my bike here 3 years ago and I got it with I think 150 miles on it, used as a demo bike only, for like 2k off the list price! You cant beat that deal anywhere - the tires werent even scrubbed in yet and I saved 2k off the same bike with 0 miles! Since I dont interact with the sales folks all that much anymore all I can go by was how I was treated when I bought the bike which was great. Now I deal with the service and parts departments quite a bit. Matthew in parts is extremely nice and personable and will always help you. My main reason for writing this review was relating to the service department. They are top notch. Better than any shop Ive ever dealt with. Recently I had a problem where a low life vendor on eBay sold me a used rim for new prices. I brought the rims into the shop and during the install they noticed the damage and contacted me immediately before proceeding to find out what to do next. They wanted me to be aware of the damage and wouldnt do the install before I came to look at it. THIS is how you do business people. They handled a difficult situation with class and professionalism. Peter and Pat in service are great to work with also. Pat I believe is the main mechanic and hes a really nice guy and always open to answer a question or two. If you need any work done on your bike this is the place you need to go. Most of my life I never really got the feeling like I could trust any of the shops that I go to for service but this is a shop I truly trust and trust them to work on my bike without hesitation.

They had a bike online that was priced fairly decent. I went down on a Saturday to take a look. The gentleman on duty was friendly and asked to see if I had any questions or needed any help. I said i was still looking around. I looked at the selection but liked the one I had originally seen online. I approached the kind gentleman who had spoken to me just moments ago and asked to see if the bike was for sale. He ask me which one. I then took him over to the one I was interested in. He said "it sure is". I then asked him is the price was firm or negotiable. His response was one ive never heard from a dealer before. His facial expression changed. Like my question had somehow angered him. His exact words were "Price is not negotialbe. I sold over 30 bikes last week so my price is more then fair". He doesnt even give me a chance to respond. He turns his back to me, walks away, goes up to the desk, sits down, and no longer acknowledges that I am there. Im thinking is this guy for real. I have bought 3 bikes. 1 from an owner and 2 from the dealer. Ive also sold 2 bikes on Craigslist. Negotiation is part of the game. It wasnt like I gave him a low ball number. I wasnt even given a chance. I simply asked how firm he was on the sticker price. I wouldnt ever spend my hard earned money there much less ever go there again.

If I was able to rate lower, I would. 1st time going to this shop because it was nearby .Brought my 2000 ski doo snowmobile for a pre season check. Took them over 4weeks. Only recommendation was for carburetor to be cleaned and that the tail and front lights are NOT working and it would be a 1 to 2 hours to check and would be charged for parts and labor. However before bring it in I checked that everything works fine and only wanted the main items checked. Ie. Chain casing, engine etc.( The hard/time consuming stuff.) Decided not to let them do the work. Was charged for the standard preseason check of $110. Brought the sled home and did my own check to fine out the light wiring un plugged and both front lights broken. Remember I brought it in with all lighting in working function.... brought it home, reconnected the wires, replaced the bulbs for $20 and everthing works again.. remember what they charge /hr for labor plus parts.will NOT be going back to them nor recommend you do. Thank you.

Ive purchased both my motorcycles from Cities Edge Motorsports and everyone Ive dealt with have been AWESOME!!!! My first bike was a 650 used Yahama under $3k, and after 3 years on that bike I was ready for something bigger. Now I have a brand new 1700 Kawasaki that I paid a little over $13k for. Regardless of how much I was spending, both times were an excellent experience! Jamie helped me this last time and he was very knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy, and any concerns I had were addressed. I was a little timid about going to such a large bike, and he went the extra mile to find me a similar used bike to ride around on. Ive had my bike serviced there since, and the service and parts staff are fabulous! Thank you Cities Edge Motorsports for continuing to provide awesome customer service!!!!!
