Overpriced and terrible. Brought a blaster in to figure out what was wrong with electrical, theres 3 main power lines. Took them an hour and a half to figure out? And now im down 439 bucks? Bs. When i got it back my spark plug wire was cut and now i need a new coil. I know for a fact that that was still good when i brought it in. Found out my parents had issues with them in the past.

Ordered a brake line for my bmw. When it came in I mistakenly told them it was the wrong line. They ordered me a different line and when I got home and realized the original line was the correct one they were happy to give me the original line they ordered. They were very nice when fixing my mistake and didnt make me feel like an idiot. Great service.

Took my BMW S1000R in for annual maintenance. I thought the technician who worked on my bike was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss how findings with me which I very much appreciated. Price was high in my opinion, but I believe it is very normal for a BMW service.

Sales folks arent pushy like the alot of places, they really listen to you on what youre looking for. They have pretty good pricing on the used bikes, and most of the used ones are 5yrs old or less.

New older models extremely overpriced, found same unit for thousands cheaper elsewhere. Ended up buying two of the same models with no problems. Van Wall lost out on two sales. will never go back!
