Bikes are more expensive and they try to sell you on their service...not sure where the service is, but not at this dealer! Each time I have taken my bike in for work/storage it has come out with something broken or damaged and not willing to fix or replace it. I now have scratches in custom rocker covers/rear fender and my swing arm that I have to fix...After spending more on my bike than a new truck, you would think that you would get treated better. I rented a bike last fall because service had mine for over 3 weeks to replace the coil (after having it more than two weeks to get a new rear tire). I got home from picking up the rental and called because it felt the suspension was out. I took it back and was told by the lead mechanic from the shop to just ride it and it was fine. Needless to say I brought it back Monday to get a replacement rental. After the shop actually looked at it, they confirmed the front suspension was out. If they cared about the safety of their customers they would have not let me take the bike in the first place. There are plenty of dealers out there...go elsewhere.

Bought my 2013 wide glide from there back in June. They said they did the 5k service on it, got it home to find out they didnt even touch the bike. If I been mechanical inclined going that long on oil that needs to be changed, that would have destroyed the bike or definitely did some damage...... Only reason why I didnt give it 1 or 2 stars was there staff was very nice, and there rewards program. They also replace the missing keys. Im sure if I had called they probably would have fixed it at least Id hope. but Id like doing my own maintenance anyways so I cant blame anyone but myself when it goes wrong. If I do buy another used bike from there Ill definitely check it over better.

I rented a bike from this dealership over the weekend because there were no H-D dealers that I could find in the Twin Cities that rented bikes. I wasnt sure I wanted to drive down to Faribault to pick up the bike but Im glad I did. They were amazing to work with and I cant say enough great things about them especially Lynn, the rental manager. She was extremely helpful in getting me a perfect bike and gear but, even better, she stayed late on Sunday afternoon so I could turn in my rental about 20 minutes late. Lynn was fantastic and the dealership is one that I will use again and again!!

Had a breakdown riding through Faribault today. Made it to the shop and they closed about ten minutes prior. Luckily Justin and Alex were standing out back. They helped me locate the issue (broken intake clamp), hooked me up with a part, and helped get it on so I could make it home. It was great meeting them and I much appreciate their help, after hours, on their off time. I will DEFINITELY be stopping in again soon. They earned a customer for sure today. Thanks again guys!

Drove by this dealer many times and finally had time to stop. Its a nice big store. My intention was to purchase a shirt but the selection was awful for me and anyone else that may wear a medium. All I found was 4 shirts that would fit me. NOT HAPPY !
