Where do you start when your treated with the utmost respect and like a family member? The example this store and staff presents is second to none! My first experience with Zylstra was with the Service Department; they stepped up to the line, took care of a warranty issue and they didnt even sell me the bike. But I was treated as if I did. From that day forward a relationship was born. I was truly won over. Its been a loyalty experience ever since. From the Clothing Depart to Parts, the staff will go out of their way to ensure you have an experience like no other. Their sales department sold me my 09 Bagger, and like any other biker, I keep making it my ride with their expertise and knowledge. You can count on a smile factor when you know your choice and decisions are backed great experience. Every mile Ive put on this bike has been with them in my corner whether I was traveling to Denver or to Ohio or just in between on a ride with fellow riders. It was the little steps that made a major impression on me. Come on in and check them out. I think you would be pleasantly surprised, have a cup of coffee, youll find yourself welcomed and appreciated from time you walk through the doors at Zysltra Harley Davidson, in Elk River.

The service department is top notch with some of the best HD techs ever! When I cant do something myself, they always help me and get the job done fast. They have always offered technical advice and support to me. The parts department will do everything they can to help me keep my 1999 Ultra Classic with 140,000 miles going strong. When I ask them a technical question they know what I am talking about and always give me options to choose from. This HD shop is the best I have ever seen and that includes most of the independent wrenches I have worked with around the twin cities. The clothing department is helpful and friendly, they treat me like family. :) They got it together~!

Just wanted to say Thank you to thee entire staff for making my wife and I warm and welcome to your outstanding Dealership. Milk are salesmen was very knowledge about his wide selection of new, used bikes and prices. We purchased a new 2016 Street Glide last Saturday 11-21-15 but being so cold out side at a high of 21 degrees The owner of Zylstra had offered to deliver my bike to my house. No charge just blew me away, I was so amazed on there staff on helping me out find what I was looking for and to answer all my questions. Thank you Kenny, Theresa Behrens Ps I was a cold ride home but I had a big smile on my face the hole way.

This place is horrible I bought 2008 Electra glide. it Cut off on me on the freeway while turning onto a ramp only had the bike for a month. So I took it back to them for the check engine light so he went to talk to the sales person and they said the bike never went threw the service check but they will check the engine light. They never told me that at the time I purchased the 08 Electra glide.. so when I called back and told them the same problem is occurring they wanted to put me in a whole knew bike that I didnt ask for.. now I have a payment and a bike I have to pay someone to look.. I guess they just want the money:

Went to this place to get a passenger backrest. Darin at parts counter was not very helpful and rude. I told him I wanted to see 3 different seat backs and he said twice I have to go all the way upstairs to get seats cushion. He acted like it was big deal to get them and I should just take his advise on which one to buy. Was very rude about it. Opened all boxes for back rest. I looked at 2 different ones, said I would take one of them. Then he put others back in boxes and threw on floor. If you dont like helping people maybe you should think about another job not working with people. Rude customer service.

I have been going to Zylstras for the past 7 years. They have been servicing all 3 of the past and present bikes. They are family orientated, care about their customers, and want to make sure you are happy. The parts department is very knowledgeable and will help you find just the right part you are looking for. The service department is top notch! I have shopped other dealers in the past, and have not found a more welcoming dealer that cares and will take care of me like they do! I highly recommend them! bought a road king bike from zylstra early spring snow still on the ground was able to store it there until the snow melted free of charge . the sales team is top notch . bought a sportser year before from another dealer in blaine. with a ok experience. i got treated way better at zylstra with tea shirt gifts picture taking and framed of me on my new roadking and everybody on sales team came over and congratulated me on my purchase . that to me speaks big in customer service and ill be back for another harley with zylstra
