Absolutely the worst Honda dealer I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware. I bought my goldwing from them and the low tire warn light was on. Got a job transfer and the bike was in storage for over a year. So I took my bike to another dealer in washington where i now live to get a warranty repair done. I was informed that the low tire warn light was on because the selling dealer took out the sensor from the back tire. therefore they could not do the repair under warranty. When I called Bob the new owner, he basically called me a liar with my story. When i questioned him about the service records that would have shown the bike was in the shop for these repair requests and for previous service records, he said they have a new computer system and didnt have access to old service records I had to call Honda customer service to get it handled. I have owned 13 Honda motorcycles and will continue to only buy Honda bikes. But this dealership in Minnesota is run by a bunch of incompetent people who will lie out their teeth to save a buck. What modern service department is this world throws away all their service records when they get a new computer system. Seriously he must think people are really stupid Stay away from this dealership and Buy elsewhere. They do not value their customers. Especially the ones who are brand loyal and have purchased 13 motorcycles from Honda. I Love my Goldwing but I hate this incompetent dealership in Minnesota. All Bob wanted to do was blame Todd the previous owner for the problems. Why would a guy who has purchased 13 motorcycles from Honda LIE about something like this. Stay away from these people

this is the only shop i could find that would work on my 1988 honda hawk NT650. most shops in the metro area will say no to working on bikes that are over ten years old, this shop didnt, they happily accepted it. one of the other shops in town turned me down but the guy on the phone said he had a shop at home and would work on it, sounded shady especially when he sent me an invoice before working on it, money up front. I went to pick it up after two weeks there since they were backed up and it had an issue they thought they fixed, waited 20 minutes and eric he manager comes out and asks if he can keep it another day or so, i happily did that. went in the second time to pick it up with no extra charges for the extra work, wound up buying a tank bag and new helmut. went out back to start the bike up and both mechanics came over and started chatting with me, showing me things on the bike like i had just bought it forms them. one of the mechanics asked me what i was doing on sunday, if i wasnt busy why not come ride with him and some of his friends and he would show me how to ride better since i havent ridden in ten years. i had to decline since i worked. these guys treated me like family without even knowing me. i have found my shop for my bike.

Bought my wifes bike from here and had a great experience. The mechanic from the back (cant remember his name I think shawn) was a great help explaining how to work on the bike and mods he recommended. I was so happy with the service I brought my bike in that I bought used. Im new to the bike world and wanted them to look at a few things I had concerns about on a used bike. He spent time with me showing me how to do stuff on my own bike. He could have easily just charged me to do all the work on my bike. Instead I was able to save a lot of money by buying most the parts so I could do it myself. Had him do the harder stuff that I dont want to get into yet myself. Definitely getting all future parts and services done here for my bike and my wifes.

I took my 2 year old, perfectly running Toro Lawnmower, that I purchased from Toro of Osseo, in for an oil change, blade sharpening, and an adjustment of the self propelled Personal Pace feature. I was quoted $140 which included a tune up, blade sharpening, and a carb kit, which was more that I wanted to spend. I thought because I have limited time to maintain a mower, and that if $140 investment would give me a trouble free mower for the next couple of years, $140 was OK. I went to pick it up, and was told $217. They had to replace a cable and belt. OK, I paid. ( Wait, did I just spend $200+ on a 2 year old mower!!??

Brought my bike in to have carb work and tuneup on April 11,2015 They called on they called the following week(Monday I think) told me it would be about a $1000.00 to do the repairs and tune. They called on Tuesday and said the total would be about $1600 they had to order parts . I called on Monday the 27th, its been almost 2 week now and they said it would be ready Tuesday Am 4/28 15.Didnt hear from them again so I stopped in on Wed.29th april, now they say another day or two. These guys are unreliable and if I ever get my bike back I will never go back, this is the second bad experience with these guys, never again.

This is the best place to buy a new bike or ATV. Best price, best service we could find. We looked at 3 other stores in town and no was even close to Osseo Powersports price or great service from sales department. Really took time to make sure we got everything we wanted. Went over every aspect of the new MTV when we picked it up. Even gave us 3 free oil changes without asking. If you are in the market for some fun go to Osseo Powersports. Anywhere else and youll just pay to much and get bad service. Thanks John Rotter for making our day!!!!!

Dont want to type a lot. In short, gave them a snowblower to fix I got from the side of a curb that wouldnt run and six months later they havent done anything with it. They have been rude and constantly tell me they are working on it when I call. They havent called me about it in months. Its a joke. Terrible service. Incompetent people. They said I would get it for free, but Im moving to eden prairie in September and if we dont get it Im forgetting about this place forever and never going back. Its August, this all started in March. Pathetic.

I rate them ZERO. Their parts department tried to have me believe that an H4 headlamp bulb is uncommon. I called to order one, they said it is an order item for $32.42. Dont believe them. This a a $12 unit elsewhere, like at Tousley. Do not buy from these people. They are not knowledgeable, or honest.

Needed some new tires for my 2012 v-strom. Called around the twin cities for best pricing and service and these guys stole the show. Best prices I could find and EXCELLENT customer service. Yes, I will be back for more tires. I recommend you give then a call to see if they can help you out.

I brought my Honda in for a simple carb job. It didnt run right after, so I asked for a refund or to re-do it. They refused and were extremely rude. I re-did the carb myself, and it has run perfect ever-since. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
