Every time I go there they have no phones or accessories, but I did buy the phone they had in Stock and was told a case would be in the next day. I called everyday for 5 days and always got an excuse so Monday I walked in and ask for a case and again got a lame excuse on how they would be in Tuesday( really are u kidding me) so I told him, Ill never be back and went to the store Gratiot Avenue and she told me not to go there to come to their store and pulled from the back room 30 different cases for my phone(omg) and a screen protector all for 25 bucks... Everyone go there instead nice people and good service

Phone was shut off for two weeks and finally was able to pay my bill. A week and a half later it says must pay this amount by tomorrow or service is off. I jist paid it a week ago. So i call this guy amd he says you must have your ohone off for two weeks to get your cycle date changed. Yeah well that guy is full of crap i called head quarters and they changed my bill date without a problem this guy is a scam.just wants your money.not friendly at all.

This store in the last month did a 360 in customer experience there is new people in there and Mark is awesome activated 2 phones has everything in stock all the accessories were available and gave us a great discount I highly recommend this location now best customer experience out of all the stores Ive been to Thanks for being at this location great place

They told me I was getting a mail in rebate with the two phones I bought can I find out the rebate only if you buy the phones online I used to pay my bill there every month so now they have lost my little bit of business that they had I suggest anyone else going there not to go to an actual store for MetroPCS preferly a headquarters

Its true, every time we would go there to look at a future purchases, we get "sorry where currently all out of that one" ! Every time, never fails! They try to give you what you made think is a good deal when really its not! Shop around and youll see for the price they charge you for one you can get two somewhere else! Shop smart

Had a problem with my phone, metro PCs customer service said I needed new sim card, went to this store and they charged me 20 dollars, (it should have been free as far as Im concerned) they wouldnt refund me even though it wasnt the problem.

Great place for great service! New owner Mark is an awesome guy, just spent hours with us today setting up 3 phones after his system has been down. Very patient and super nice! Great phones for really good prices and deals too.

This store illegally charges an extra $5 for using a bank card. So much for the $3 convenience fee... Also, been there to pay my bill twice, and the store is locked up during posted hours.... Not a recommended location!
