I talked with Arthur on the phone before we visited the store. He gave me great information on obtaining a replacement iPhone 6 that I Accidentally left on the bottom of the Atlantic ocean on a cruise last week. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by a very friendly staff. Jason handled our replacement request with the most efficient process. After we determined that a replacement phone needed to be fulfilled by AT&T, he continued to help us through the process even though there was not going to be any sales transacted that day for Best Buy. I cant say enough about the staff at this location. They surely are customer focused and provide excellent information for someone like myself who is not extremely technical. We certainly will go back when the phone arrives to buy all our accessories from these folks.

I stopped in here yesterday at around noon, I had a technical issue with my phone which I had simply been unable to figure out, even with my IT person at work. The two young men who helped me were amazing. They had great attitudes, were so helpful, troubleshot and solved my problem within 10 minutes and I was on my way. This is why I keep buying from Best Buy instead of Verizon or anywhere else, they are so helpful and never pushy. Thanks again for the great service!

Insurance is a joke . Return your iphone and they will mail you another one plus hit you up with a service charge. Wtf. I paid for a new phone and not to wait two weeks for another phone and a service charge. Then give me the 2nd worst mobile carrier besides metro I get sprint. Best buy mobile is garbage . Get a pre paid phone best bet Also, there a bunch of inbred morons all of them. Diaf Im so pissed.

I walked in to this best buy mobile store because i had problem with my old cell phone and I asked Them if they could show me around and what would be the best phone for me, I end up buying one of There Best Phone Motorola Moto X Pure Edition and Jason and the Crew With no time Transferd all my Contacts/pictures and Videos from my old cell to the new one, Thanks again Guys for the Great service.

It was convenient to be able to pick up a Best Buy online order at this location vs. traveling to the bigger store further away to deal with that traffic and parking lot. The was location was easy to get to, had ample parking, and provided fast service. The associates were friendly, helpful, and informative but not pushy about selling me on a phone service provider.

very bad experience. spend more then an hour here. wanted to swap my phone to another one. first,gave me wrong sim card (how is that even possible , they should be professionals) then couldnt figure out whats wrong..

Id purchase a phone here and have them activate it over going to the big 3 cell companies. The big cell companies want your money. At least Best Buy Mobile listens and only sells you what you want.
