Store Manager Ergys. The worst. Seemingly very helpful but a flat out liar. My phone died and I still owed $200 on it with no insurance and the warranty expired. Everyone kept telling me there is nothing I can do except pay it off in full or buy a new phone at full price. Ergys said he could help me. Gave me a brand new S6 and added a second line to the account and said my bill would only go up $10 a month. Then he brought out a LG Tablet and said if I wanted it it comes with the phone and its completely free and you can use it on wifi unless you want to use it with data, then its an additional $10 a month. I said, "So without using it on the data plan its completely free? I dont pay anything at all for it?". He said yes, completely free. I took it and was on my way thinking what a great deal. My first bill went from the normal $85 to $341. A $40 activation fee for using the tablet, $10 a month just to have the tablet. $6.99 a month for insurance on the tablet. Insurance on the broken phone. Insurance on the new phone. For 2 months Ive been arguing this bill between his staff, himself and customer service. Everyone says, "Sorry Sir, but the tablet is on a 2 year contract and you cant just take it off the account." Multiple times I was told Ergys would fix the bill and call me back. Not once did I receive a call. If I catch him in public Im going to force feed him this tablet.

HI - I just finished with this store in Chesterfield, and OMG! I loved it! Gjon, Dillon and NIcholas were awesome! I am a baby boomer and have a hard time catching on and understanding all these new phones, smart phones, black berrys etc. I have had a black berry for 3 years and needed a new phone or something. I came in here and these guys helped me, explained to me, showed me, did whatever they could to help me understand this new stuff. the energy, youthfulness and ambiance of the store was very inspiring! They gave me a lesson on the phone, and showed me I can do it - its not impossible and I ended up ordering the New Blackberry! I think I am going to love it! they ordered it for me and even offered to give me lessons on the phone when it came in. I love this store! everyone here is kind and eager and fresh and so knowledgeable! I love the young generation! they understand that I dont get it and they were helpful to the point I bought it - only because they helped me understand it! Eileen Moravetz

This store is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is soo bad. I called for a simple question and one of the lady said it was busy to call back in a rude manner. So I called back 20 mins later and she said the same thing. So I asked how many customer is there and she said 7. Seriously, 7 and you cant even answer my question. So I asked to speak to the manager and she was even more rude asking me who am I. Like seriously. Im a customer why would you ask me that. And then she said "sir were busy got to go" and hung up. By far the worst att store anywhere in the world. Dont believe me. Call yourself.

The staff and the manager William were all very are very friendly and professional. My parent, my aunt, my co-worker, and my friends will only do business at the his location because of the manager William. He is worth driving the distance to go see him and his staff. He has always treated us great and followed up with us even months after the sale to make sure our phones bills and cable installation came out well. I recommend everyone to come here if you want fast and great service. They treat you like a friend and not like a number. Check them out and tell them I told you so.

So, we went in about 2 weeks ago to talk about our Wi-Fi/cable bill, talked with a worker...he called AT&T to see what he could get done(not in front of us, of course), I dont think he tried, told us, their system is down, i will have to call tomorrow, and I will call you....right, still havent heard from him...he obviously doesnt care! Nice customer service...NOT!!!!!! This was the 21 mile road in utica, mi location

Had the BEST experience with AT&T service here! After months of calling UVerse to continually cancel our already cancelled service that they continued billing us for 6 months and hours of time spent on the phone! We finally got results here and came out with a positive experience and some confidence back in AT&T again.

Awful. If youre going to be an AT&T customer, dont go to an authorized retailer, especially this store. You will be lied to more than you will ever be at any another store. Just go to the AT&T store on Hall Road. These authoized retailers are just gonna lie until you sign on the dotted line.

I cant say enough about the manager william. He really went above and beyond. We had issues at the all of the stores nearby except this one. They made us laugh here and really took care of all of our needs. We will only come here from now on. We will be sending referrals here.

Stay away from this location. Staff has no clue what to do. Store manager is incapable to do his job. They will lie about how much you will pay and will not help when you have to correct what they lied about. Go to a different location!

Ok so every time I have a issue with my AT&T. William Homan gets the bill right. No issue at all. If you have any issue cable, Internet, or Cell phone. He got you. This is no advertiser these are facts. Get with him!!!!
