I had the worst experience with this store. Melissa and Eddie are so unprofessional. Both come in looking like they are on drugs. Melissa is always snorting and Eddie comes to work looking like he just rolled out of bed drunk literally. They gave me the wrong phone and insisted that it was my fault. And then charged me for restocking fee. I had only had service with AT&T for about ten days and it has been the worst experience ever. It took ten days to get the correct phone because she didnt want to go pick up the phone from the other store. So she had one ordered and then sold it and ended up sending the drunk to go pick up the phone which is what shouldve been done the after we started service when we told them they gave us the wrong phones. If they would replay the tapes on their so called cameras they would see that I specifically asked for a 64 go. I absolutely hate this store and this store has made me hate AT&T. And the worst part is its an authorized retailer and AT&T cant do anything but send you back to the store. Total bs why are they selling your product if AT&T has no control. I am still trying to get in touch with someone from prime communications because these people can lock their doors and refuse customers and that should be unacceptable no matter how busy you are.

I have never had worse customer service than with this company. Not only was I promised a price while signing up then payed twice the amount for the first few months because it took you guys that long to correct YOUR mistake, I was given faulty equipment that just doesnt record and treated like a liar when I proposed this issue to your "tech support" and when I call to correct this matter the lady gives me so much attitude with not believing its taken me this long that I finally ended up hanging up. Im waiting my contract out and telling all my friends and businesses how horrible of an experience this has been.

This store is awesome!!! The staff is so knowledgeable and informative. Michael, Keandre and Tatiana work hard to make sure you leave satisfied. I have U verse cable and internet and their digital life home security system as well as my cell service. I signed up for ALL my services through this location. Went to other at&t stores and was treated like a dollar sign. I like the friendly feel of this one. I highly recommend this location to EVERYONE!!!

he was 2 hours late. I called at 10 am then at 10:20. I went by at 10: 55 and no one was their, I have pictures. I called at 12:02 and asked if I could pay my averse bill. he said yes. I went to pay my bill then he could not do it with out my account number. if my account number is so important he should have said to bring it
