I scheduled an online appointment and requested an 8a to 12 noon time frame. The repairman (who was very nice) didnt call or show up during that time. I called your helpline and the first person I spoke with, put me on hold and back into cue for another agent after I explained that no one had shown up. The second person I spoke with at least appoligised for the inconvenience but also put me on hold appearently to check the status of my repair. He came back on the line to say that he saw that the repairman should have been there by 12:18 (it was already past that time) but, that he would call him and ask him to call me with an ETA. When the repairman called to advise that he was on the way to my condo, it was already 3pm. When he arrived I asked him why he was late, and why he hadnt called me with an ETA. He said that with their new trickle down system he had just been given the service call about 30 minutes earlier and had never spoken to an agent and asked to call me. Further, he was unaware of the problem with our washer even though I had clearly explained the problem in the free form writing section of our online repair page. Now repaired I have shopped the price for comparable repair and found that we paid a premimum for this service. So, even though our repair tech was excellent, the service we received prior to his arrival was deplorable and I paid a premimum for unacceptable service. I will be Facebooking my experience with your service and asking my friends to share the post with others.

Last year I had purchased refrigerator. When they had delivered it to my home the door was damaged and I had to wait two more days before it would be serviced. The warranty is good for one year. Now then, about nine months later it just stops working. Ok, this happens. However the employee that I had spoke to about this issue wouldnt understand the fact that Im medically dependent on keeping my meds refrigerated and absolutely would not help me in the matter of a replacement fridge until mine could be serviced. He argued with me that I could purchase another and return it after they had repaired mine. He began to raise his voice repeatedly telling me " there is nothing I can do for you, its above my position. " I exclaimed that there had to be a solution to this issue. When I asked him for his supervisors name and assistance he advised me that his supervisor was out on medical leave and that he could not release such information. I then asked him for anyone that was above his position and he refused deliberately to concur with this information. He began to become rude with his comments and slammed his hand down on the counter with " Im not going to do anything for you " so I slammed my hand down in frustration and told him the warranty didnt mean a damn thing and he yelled " Thats it! your done leave now, " and had me escorted from the store. What great customer service they have at sears. Thanks evan. = floor sales.

Staff is rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Today on July 4th the Independence day associate gave me an attitude and didnt believe me that Im a veteran even after I showed her my ID. I had to wait until she finds another associate to verify that my ID was real. Besides rude behavior, attitude and waiting for a while she didnt give me a discount. Worst Sears experience ever!

I bought a tool chest from Sears, and when I assembled it, I discovered that I was missing 4 bolts. When I called Sears, they were not at all interested in me getting the screws that were missing. I finally had to purchase screws from another company. It will be a long time before I go back to Sears to buy anything. No customer service at all! Joe Williams

The customer service is not good. My grandpa and I got tool boxes for our family business. The lock on one of them broke. So as we normally do we tried to use our warranty to get it fixed. Sears didnt stand behind it like they said they would. The manager wouldnt even respond to the cashiers request. So why should we shop at Sears for our tools.

Went here with my sister to pick up a BBQ grill her daughter ordered her for Christmas. The young man who helped us was very personable and accommodating. The grill was much larger than we expected (it was already assembled)but he went over and above to secure it in the back of my SUV. Kudos to him and thank you!!!!
