This is the WORST Walmart I have ever been to. This is the closest one to my house and I have been there over a dozen times and every single time in a nightmare. I do not usually comments and post reviews but I am so infuriated with this location and the staff. No one has ANY idea what is going on.... Customer Service area should close at 10:00 and there is always one person there with a line so long people have been waiting up to TWO hours to cash their check...then, after waiting the guy waiting to cash his check gets cut off after waiting hours because the drawers close. See, that is out of the employees control.... Whats appalling is the MANAGER and two.other employees sat there doing nothing while literally 10 ppl wait in line just at customer service. This is me complaining about something pretty small and Im only complaining because this is AFTER my 2 hour ordeal with them trying to return a display laptop they sold me with NO CHARGER and locked with a Walmart security password to get into Windows that not one employee knows! I didnt have a receipt with me because my fiance accident misplaced it and the electronic Dept. Told me they can look up the item and easily return it for me since I paid on my debit card....they were so rude in many different ways and I like to believe I am a pretty friendly person. Not once did anyone even apologize that they sold me a laptop with none of the materials inside or anything and were MAD cause I didnt have a receipt?? This is just two of the many things this Walmart has.done to not only upset me.but a lot and I mean ALOT of customers... They told me that since I spend so much money there I should keep a better hold on my receipts and judged me because I have money to spend at THEIR location ?! The list goes on and on.... Currently, I have been trying to pick up and iPhone I bought online 2 days ago that was meant for "pick-up today" and it says inline they close at 10 but when I go there its closed at 9. But today apparently it closes at 11?! (All weekdays, should be same hours as listed online).. no one ever answers the phone and when someone actually, by miracle, answers the darn thing they dont have an answer to anything because everyone is clueless. This location needs serious help for many reasons. I know that I am a large customer... It doesnt matter how much but Its a lot and they are losing me.... Wal-Mart...

I only give it 2 stars because there was one employee from the back of the store that tried to help me. The guy who works in site to store Is just very rude. I dont understand how he still has a job. His name in Matty. I was back there at 10 minutes till 8 to pick up tires my husband ordered online. There was no one around. A couple employees are looking around and finally he comes out at 8:10pm and tells me that site to store closes at 8pm. I say to him Ive been standing here since 10 minutes till and no one was able to find him. He basically walks off and leaves me standing there waiting. So another employee gets me a manager. The manager sends the same guy back out. He says nothing goes and gets on the phone and then after he finishes on the phone he looks at the other employee and starts to tell him that site to store closes at 8 as if Im not standing right there. I had to walk away at this point because i was at the boiling point add i knew i was about to go off on this guy. He was very rude to me and the employee who tried to help me. If there was a place on the walmart website I would go on there and complain. He does not need to have a job in customer service.

There are three things consistently bad about this location: 1) Shopping carts. There are none in the vestibule and no one is in the lot collecting them on any occasion Ive been here. The good news is that I find at least a dozen or so abandoned in random places around the store. So guess what? Im dumping your merchandise on the floor and taking the cart because Im not wandering around the parking lot doing your employees work for them. 2) This store has 30 (ish) checkout lanes and the most Ive ever seen open at one time would be 5 and the lowest was 2. The queue this creates is outrageous and Ive seen many customers drop their items and walk out. I spend significantly more time in this store just waiting to buy the merchandise rather than shopping for it. 3) The bags; theres only 1 size and its about the size of a normal plastic grocery bag. That means that every time I buy a medium or large item I have to find another way to carry it and these mits can only hold so many King-size pillows. If youre going to sell me items with awkward dimensions then give me a way to get it out of the store and into my house that doesnt require 10,000 hands to carry.

Went last night to return a broken speaker in which the returns employee was very nice and helpful and told me to look for one to replace it. I went to electronics and I asked the electronics employee for help since I couldnt find it. He didnt even bother to look. He said everything is there but things arent even labeled for some of the items that were on display. Another employee told me that they are sometimes kept in the back due to being a higher end item but he still didnt bother checking. I called after leaving so they could locate another item and I was put on hold constantly and even hung up on. I then called again and told them what was happening.but unfortunately she was too busy and could not look for it herself so she said to come in to look for it. That it was the best way to see if they had it in stock -_-. I would leave a one star but I feel like the employee whom was willing to help me boosted it up. Thanks Courtney.

Terrible went inside for 5 items shelves were poorly stocked, and bare. Than to make matters at hand worse stood in line for an hour and 45 min. All them registers and only had 3 people work when they could have kept the self scan open and only used 1 person to watch either end and the lines would have went way faster than it did. Than instead of the employee letting the last person in her line know that he was the last one she went and told a man while others were standing behind him and had been waiting that he was the last person and didnt even think to let the other customers know "Im sorry but after this gentleman I am closed". Then walked away hoping that the other people heard her. I wont be going back to this Wal-Mart. I will drive all the way to Stringtown or Tuttle before going back here.

Possibly one of the worst places Ive ever been in my life. First the $99 TV never existed but they would gladly sell me the $250 one. Next was a return from online, they said wasnt thier merchandise but clearly had Walmart on the bag it came in. Then I went to pick up an online order and it was completely wrong, everything in the order was wrong. Then I go to the express lane and get behind a woman with 300 bottles of make up and the manager pulled the cashier away for some reason. I put my 2 items on the counter and left. Two other times I left without buying anything because the check out lines never moved. I live 5 minutes from this place but instead jump on 270 and go to the one in Hilliard.
