Message to the manager of this store, Ive heard that your employees work on commission, however, they are not very proactive! Ive been to this location on several occasions and out of 50 employees maybe one will ask me if I need help! Im a well off individual, I work hard and I like to reward myself with nice things! I also appreciate being appreciated and I dont feel as though I am appreciated at this store! When Im at the Somerset collection I cant walk 10 feet without being acknowledged and I enjoy spending my money there. However, I live 5 minutes from your location, why do I need to drive 25 minutes to get the service that I deserve? This isnt logical to me. Maybe your employees need sensitivity training, thats not for me to figure out. Your location needs serious repair! Hopefully you wont have to lose more customers who can actually afford to shop at your store just because your workers are rude and have a personal deficit with treating all shoppers equally! Ah and to let you know, the individuals that were acknowledged today at your location bought nothing, had your workers been respectful to me they wouldve made the commission off of the goods that I graciously bought at the Somerset collection :) Good day to you!

Awful! ! Watch did not work returned it twice still didnt work..the clerk offered to have it repaired said it would take 4 - 5 weeks really???? I asked if I could exchsnge it she said sure so I am wondering why she would not have offered that solution in the first place??? So customet oriented. Lol After the second exchange the watch still dudnt work so I went to Lord and Taylor just down the road and purchased the same watch...and it works!!! Save youself the grief..dont shop at this Nordstroms at Partridge Creek!!

Back April 2015 I found the perfect dress for my sons weding. Droped it of for alterations in May 2015. Thet wrecked it and offered me 20% off of a new one. Cut the back of the linning out. Hemmed front and not back. wrinkled it up like it came out of the hamper.And aslo zipped it up in the garment bag. I will never go their again! Would not tell anyone else to either! I have a month to find a new one. Also have shoes, purse and under garments for that dress. What a pain! 20% REALY!

The Partridge Creek Nordstrom is your standard Nordstroms however the selection is much smaller and limited compared to other stores such as the one at Somerset Collection and other locations.

The cafe is one of my favorite places to eat in the area. Their fries come with a delicious aioli and their crab bisque is heavenly. As always they give you delicious Nordstrom mints

Way pushy sales associate at the lancome counter. She told me she was signing me up for a rewards card. Turns out that it was a Nordstrom credit card. Unbelievable and rude.
