There store policy for returns is outrageous. I received a pair of boots for a Christmas present from my husband. I had only worn them maybe 4 times to work, I have a desk job and they started to come apart. My husband tried to exchange them today and was told they could not do it because they are not able to re-sale them. Seriously??? Your going to sell items and not take them back because they are defective? Within 60 days? I will nor will none of my family ever step foot in a Saks store again. Make sure you try on clothing or check anything out religiously before you purchase it because you wont be able to return it.

Great store, love the quality of the merchandise. The prices are always discounted, but when you catch a sale there, the prices are unbelievable. They also carry cosmetics, and the prices are discounted from retail. Five stars in my opinion!
