Ive been going to this JC Penney for many years and its always been my favorite of all other JC Penneys Ive been to. It carries bigger sizes in womens and juniors than the one at Lakeside and generally speaking, it is relatively organized, although it does tend to get disheveled during the weekends because customers are crazy. I just went there today and noticed that not only were there a lot of workers working [possibly something to do with the weekend?] but nearly all of them greeted me when they saw me, which, regardless of whether they genuinely were happy or not to do so, made me feel very welcomed. In the past, I would rarely see employees on the floor or tending the fitting rooms, but it appears that JCPs stepped up their game. In terms of merchandise, they have a good selection from everything Ive seen over the past decade. I usually tend to find good merch here.

The store itself is nice, clean and have selections, BUT I went there too look at engagement rings that my boyfriend plans on purchasing in 6mo-1yr. After I told them the time line, they didnt want anything to do with me. They told me they change out their rings every 4-6mo and that I should come back closer to the time line, didnt even offer to let me try on any rings then said she would be right back and never did. We decided were not going there because of customer service, we went elsewhere.

JCP has great sales and even better coupons. I shop here mainly for my children, 8 and 15 months. The cashiers are always very friendly and courteous. In fact, I actually let others go ahead of me in line so I can get one of my three favorite employees! They definitely go ABOVE their job duties! So nice to go into a store and the employees know you by name and ask about your kids.❤

Was ready to buy a new clothes washer and figured Id give JCP a try. My wife and I waited over ten minutes to find out the only person they had scheduled in that department all day had left to go home at 5pm. JCP is obviously not serious about selling appliances. So.. back to Sears.

Absolutely terrible customer service, especially in the womens department. Im constantly put on hold for 20+ minutes or I get hung up on. Called womens last night and a man answered who was incredibly rude and tried to argue with me. Would leave less than one star if possible

I went to Jcpenneys salon and the people their were so rude. Than i paid for a 90.00 color and haircut. I received a 20.00 hair due. Than on top of all that they would not tell me what color my hair dye was. HOW RUDE AND NASTY IS THAT. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE BADDDDDDDDD

The value and variety is great here, but this JCPenny always seems very disorganized with clothes all over. Checkout is ALWAYS slow, its bearable during the non-holiday season, but is ridiculous come Christmas time.

The selection and deals are good, but the wait for checkout is bordering on unacceptable. If you want to check out in under 15 minutes, try finding an employee on the sales floor and ask if they can check you out.

This rating is for their portraits department. They took wondeful pictures of my little one. Plenty of smiles and a very great price. Even though I forgot my coupon they still honored it.

Big store with lots of selection, the dresses my five went to look at we werent able to find since it was cluttered and dresses were mismatched on racks because of the spring season.
