Sears is probably one of the worst run companies in the world. To sum it up my experience was terrible, but I dont blame it all on the employees but rather on the policies/management. I had picked up 3 pairs of shoes from another sears and I decided to return 2 of them to this sears. I was bounced around between 3 associates until the last one told me to go back to the original sears in order to return. I knew that he was just tired and didnt want to deal with me since it was almost closing time. The website it states that I can return to ANY sears. I had also suggested that they just give me store credit for it, which would have been easy but this request was ignored. It was very obvious that none of the employees wanted to be there. In addition sears really needs to upgrade their 15 year old computers so they can handle something as simple as a return. In total I spent 45 minutes in the store with nothing accomplished. Tip for other people:Dont go at night because employees will be tired and will not want to do anything.

Customer service was awful. My husband wanted to purchase two pairs of jeans. He also wanted to purchase a tool. We.thought.to purchase everything together. We were told in tools.they could not ring up the jeans. When I questioned the sale price of the Buy one pair of Levi Jeans and get the 2nd pair for 50% off, we were told Levis never goes on sale. We left the tool and took the jeans back and left the store. So sad that our business was not wanted. I went on line and purchased from Amazon.

Worst service ever. Tried to buy a car battery and told they couldnt help me because no one was in that department after 6. So even though the sign in the battery department said go to tools for service, tools couldnt help me. Its Ok Im buying a battery from some where else now and will remember not to go to sears anymore since no one can just sell me a battery. I will also remember to not recommend sears to anyone.

Shopping at the store isnt bad at all. But I would strongly advise people to not put a layaway in. They lose, or cancel your layaway without your consent, but still allow you to make payments. This has happened to me and my mother once, and my sister twice. All they could say was they dont know why their system would say cancel, or they dont know what happened. I will never deal with the layaway department again.

If I could, I would give this store a 0. So much disrespect from the cashier. I patiently waited about 10 minutes and then another cusfomers walks up next to us, the cashier asked him to come up to the register to cash him way before me. I was waiting about 10 minutes before he even came up to the register and I did not appreciate that she called someone else infront of me when I was the one waiting.

I received couple of present for gift from out of state. I went to exchange it due my size doesnt fit. Customer service refused to exchanged it . I even asked them to give me a store credit they refused to give me. Manager were so rude and she acted like, she doesnt even care about customer. I will not shop again at the store or recommend anyone to go business there. Shop other place but sears.

Tried to get a particular socket in 1/4in dr. They didnt have it. Asked if they would break up a set and was understanding that they would not. Tried using one from set to check sidewall thickness of 3/8 to 1/4 dr and service person told me they were going to do something "unfortunate" if I did that. Just wanted to fix my truck and got better help on tools at Lowes!

Never do in store pickup ! I ordered something online and it was only available for in store pickup,but when I went to pick it up after wIating for an hour they said they never actually had that product and would have to refund me my money ?!?!? The workers there were very nice but sears in store pickup department is confusing and a horror story !!

The customer service here is terrible. Evan in appliances should NOT be working with the public. He is highly agitated and extremely over dramatic. What should have taken ten minutes took an hour because he couldnt just calm down and follow direction from customer service that he called 3 times for the same transaction.

It seems Sears works really hard to make sure everything goes wrong for you. Mistakes, wrong orders, unfulfilled promises, delayed deliveries, and no sense of responsibility. Never buy gift cards and appliances from them, and absolutely no on-line purchases. They suck! They should be closed....forever.

Store employee was very angry with me after I explained to her that I need a washer and dryer that was less confusing to use gave me $79 of $100 that i put them in lay-away with walked off not knowing if I wanted to buy another brand or not . Very rude.

This Sears is one of the worst. The store is always dingy and and messy. The employees definitely seem like they would rather watch paint dry than be there. All in all the store seems like its straight out of the early 90s.

Turns out Sears Appliance installers dont actually install the appliances. The guys only put it into place and thats it. They did not hook up included power cable, venting, or the included hoses.
