I dont understand why youre not selling Ivanka Trumps clothes? Why are you stopping your foot like a unrighteous angry 14-year-old by not stacking your shelves with her clothing to purchase? Dont you think that youll lose a lot of shoppers? Or even that its bad business, that woman has done nothing to you, and this evil deed will come back to you. Its like karma. I myself will not be shopping at Marshalls because of this foolish immature business decision.

Hit or miss . Either find a lot of good or nothing and usually a long line to check out. Last time I was here line was winding thru store and 2 managers n a employee stood talking and did stop chatting to help situation by the time I got to front of line I had set down most of the stuff I planned to purchase and decided not buy anything but 1 item

Slowest customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. Third person in line took 24 minutes to check out lady called the number two was open I walked over there someone ran and jumped in front of me and the cashier asked me what I needed. Had to leave a star to write something otherwise I would deathly put a -2!!!!

Clean, organized, great pic of clothing and shoes. Was really impressed have the store was organized and clean havent been in over 7 years they have made a great change in difference and help is always there with a smile enjoyed my shopping spree

Normal store with little structure during the holidays. If youre going shopping with someone who wants to try out clothes do yourself a favor and wait in the car and tell them to send you pics. Its 2016 and stores still think people shop alone.

Like all Marshalls, it depends on the day you are shopping that determines the quality of your experience. Its usually pretty clean and the deals are hit or miss. Not a bad place to find higher end clothing at a more reasonable price.

The staff is friendly and asked about my purchase, showing an interest in me as a person, good sales tactic. My luggage purchase did not match the luggage I purchased previously but I am satisfied for now. Thanks Marshalls.

Ive seen neater and cleaner Marshalls. Not too impressive...no associates spoke to us, asking if we needed help. Cashier didnt know what the rewards card was was I wanted her to scan it.
