Bought 2 bikes from this store and customer service refused to assist my wife and I to load the merchandise into our SUV. As a result there was an accident in wich my wifes purse got locked in the SUV with the keys in it. The customer service agent refused to offer any assistance in the effort it took to get the car unlocked. I even had to purchase a flexible cleaning appliance in order to attempt to jimmy into the door. The service rep was condescending saying that our problem happens to customers often and they recommend a tow service. Not even a telephone to make a call to said service. He even refused my request of some package materials to attempt the jimmy with. They said they dont have wire hangers which would have been an obvious choice for the situation. With a storm pending we tried everything we could while a lock out service was en route. The experience cost extra money, frustration and was made more embarrassing by a rude un empathetic employee. What was going to be a fun endeavour turned into an a stressful ordeal.

I like to shop at Target for the variety of merchandise, which is seemingly not as cheap and low quality as the things peddled by Walmart. Store was brightly lit, seemed fairly clean, and had what I was looking for even though way finding was difficult. While granted, I didnt ask for help, Im a bit disappointed at how many employees let me wander aimlessly past them while in search of skillets. Also only had one cashier checkout lane open (not including the self-checkout).

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. I went in to buy a cell phone charger and I asked for help (because it was a specific type of charger) and the associated who was helping me seemed to know everything about cell phone chargers. We went in to the amount of volts that are available, how the cell phone and the charge interact, and the difference ion qualities between brands. I was blown away with the amount of knowledge this guy had about the various tech products.

This target it great except I dont understand why targets in Ohio dont sell cigarettes..I mean that is absolutely ridiculace... I have a gift card and need cigarettes and I called 4 targets in Columbus and they dont sell cigarettes. I mean how many people smoke???? Why wouldnt target cell cigarettes think of how much money they are missing out on for not selling cigarettes. Sorry for my rant but I think target needs to rethink this decision.

Its a Target. The staff is always surly They are often out of stock and like every other Target whats on sale or clearance at one store is never in stock on sale or clearance at another. This one is usually messy and out of items. Adding a Starbucks and some red paint does little to change any of this. But it is close and open till midnight which is convenient for me but has to be incredibly irksome to their staff.

This Target is pretty well maintained. Same usual made in china stuff you get at any target. Staff seems to avoid the photo lab for as long as they can, hoping another associate will help the customers waiting there. Overall, if its busy every register is open and leadership helps guide folks to open registers/gets empty ones staffed. Products are always neat and orderly.

This target is one of the best in central Columbus. The store quality and cleanliness is not the only reason I go here. Their cashiers also dont make a stink about putting your return credit on a gift card of your choice when the system CLEARLY allows you to pay for the new card with the original wacky shaped credit. Lets give it up for the alula machines!!!

Completely updated. Much nicer than when I was in college 8 years ago. Well stocked, design is nice, employees were friendly. It was busy but its on campus, so thats to be expected. Im not sure what theyre doing in the parking lot, but since theres construction theres very little parking right now. Thankfully its only temporary.

Walmart has a better selection of disposable containers. I like the medium - large premium square plastic container, usually Rubbermaid. This only had the small one. Poorly thought selection. Target you need to listen to your customers. This sucks. I might just use Walmart all the time now! Ugh

Very clean and well kept Target Store. It is a store that receives aesthetic updates before most other stores I believe, which is cool. They have a large, fantastic selection of home goods. The stuff is modern and clean and pretty low cost compared to similar décor items from other sellers.

This Target is often used as a pilot location for new Target store layouts and the store manages the pilot programs very well. The store remains relevant in the market with these programs along with being well-stocked & staffed even during high demand periods. Overall, its a great store.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The best! I have many prescriptions (13+) and they help me keep track of all of them. They often will call the doctor and get a refill before I do when the refills are out. Kudos to this great team. I wouldnt go anywhere else, they are the best.

I like visiting Target stores in general. Staff wasnt overly friendly, nobody went out of their way to help me with anything or see if I needed help, but the store was clean and I got what I needed. Im sure if I had approached an employee they would have assisted me if I needed it.

Convenient location, but frequently crowded. I really enjoy Targets stores and this location is especially convenient. Note that due to its proximity to both OSU and several residential areas the store can feel a bit busy at times and occasionally parking is in short supply.

supervising staff is not kind to those with children and who have to depend on the daycare. What does one do when they (target) disregards that you are on the bus, and the daycare closes at six pm and Target schedules you to work till 12 midnight?

Stood in the electronics department for twenty minutes before someone helped us because we had to wave them down off of thier phones for two minutes and they were extremely uninformative about any of the TVs....wouldnt come here again....ever !!

Typical Target store, though the electronics section is definitely one of the better ones (well laid out, wide variety of products). Since its close to the Ohio State University campus, it can get pretty busy during certain times of the year.

Its convenient to my work. They have all the basics, even groceries. Prices are moderate. Downsides: not a lot of depth of selection in office supply, electronics, hardware. Popular items on shelves are often sold out and slow to restock.

The layout is well designed and typical amongst Target stores. Lines are usually short since this is a high volume store with most of the check-out stations staffed. I prefer this location even though I live nearer to another Target.

Shopped here since Ive first entered Columbus 4 years ago. Loved it, however their policy on price matches do not match the willingness of their competitors. Good store operation does not make up for bad business/customer service.

I really like this Target. Its very clean, well-organized, and has a lot of products geared towards college kids. Be wary though that it can get really crowded during the weeks around move-in. The staff is also really nice.
