Do not shop at this sears store. The cashiers are very slow and rude. The night staff is the worst. Was there the other night and went to check out by the mall cash register in the lands end section so we could be close to the mall because it was near closing time and the cashier there told us she could not check us out because she was checking out her last customer at the moment and then had to close her register so we went to the next cash register where only 2 cashiers were working at a very slow pace . Stood in line for over 15 minutes when we heard the mall entrance was closing, so we left what we wanted to buy so we could get back in the mall and the gate was already closed and they refused to open the gate to let us out into the mall and the cashier who told us she couldnt check us out had a line and was cashing out other customer when we walked by and because we had to go to another line and waited so long they we refusing to let us back into the mall. Then a young man who we saw not much of anything while we waited in line for 15 minutes walked up and stated that they dont control the gate and we would have to exit through the front of the store and walk around the mall to get to our car. We then asked again if they could please open the gate because we were parked on the opposite side of the mall and it was raining and he then threatened to call the police on us. So we proceeded to the exit as he followed us and harassed us and continued to threaten to call the police on us so that everyone we walked by could hear.I repeat DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SEARS! The whole night staff should be fired and replaced! Never have I been treated so rudely in my entire life, I will never shop here again and I will advise my friends and family against it as well. Wish I could leave no stars because that is what they deserve.

They forgot to order our stove, made us wait another week, then after we got the stove the handles were gouged, they ordered new ones not the same color, also the glass was seperating then they attempted drop off a new stove and they forgot to call and setup a time said sorry youll have to wait until next week, I returned the stove and its been 2 weeks and I still havent seen the money in our account, the operation manager Debbie did the first return, but first she sent us all over the store for someone else to take care of it, eventually she came our of hiding to finish our return, which was sketchy she took my debit card and went into another room that was locked for ten mins then came out and said I gave her the wrong receipt number I proceeded to give her the same number again and she walked back into the locked room for another ten mins with my debit card, it turns our she was so really is useless and did not complete our return we came back a week later and spoke to the store manager its now been 2 weeks and there is still no return, do not do business with this sears for the love of God turn away run whatever you have to do, we are going through hell with this store and we regret it so much. Do youself a favor and go somewhere else other places price match dont get sucked into this horrible business!

My husband bought a top from the womens dept. on a friends and family night that he gave me for my birthday after the 30 day return policy expired. Unfortunately it is the wrong size and sears refuses to exchange it for the correct size even though the tags are still on the purchased item and I have a receipt. It isnt a return, its an even exchange. Their "store manager" needs to take a course in customer service instead of the one sears offer for "How to close a company."

If I could rate this store less than one star I would, we were kicked out of the store and followed off the premises for doing nothing other than feeling the mattress. The person that kicked us out was no more than a kid. He also verbally harassed us while following us out and also preceded to tell that we would be arrested if we ever steeped foot on the premises again.

I have been shopping at Sears since I was a little kid, and shopping at this Sears location for a good long while. Unfortunately they have cut back staff so its always a ghost town on the sales floor. overall the store is well stocked, but finding help with a size you need or different color is a pain. Love the rewards program.

Im writing this review while waiting in line to buy two items. Ive been in line 30 minutes ans have at least another 10. Its not a huge line but there is one slow person at the register and she wont call for assistance. There were two but she just walked off with 4 people in line. Pathetic

Came in to replace a Craftsman Professional Series 3/8 rachet. What I received was a standard 3/8 rachet. I especially told Sears no longer services/ repairs the Pro Series. This ticks me off, because I paid extra for the Craftsman Pro Series/ guaranteed for life.... I guess not...

They were very helpful showing appliance features and pricing options. However, I was very bothered with all the cash back options and the bugs I experienced with the system when trying to use points to make future purchases. I couldnt spend the 300 dollars I earnes in one purchase.

Auto Techs Rude - dont have batteries checked here will tell you its good and its checked for load but thats a lie. Cost me $96 to have repair to fix my tractor when it was the new battery purchased from sears after all and they did not want to replace it

Turns out Sears Appliance installers dont actually install the appliances. The guys only put it into place and thats it. They did not hook up included power cable, venting, or the included hoses.

Lines are always full and move very slowly. Great selection and prices when it comes to their clothes, but lacking everywhere else. Employees are usually too busy running around to help
