Today I went to Belk’s with the intention of buying two Ralph Lauren shirts, shorts, a tie, and perhaps some other clothing. I have often shopped at Belks. However, today when I arrived at the second floor men’s department I heard three Belk employees arguing about some other person who also works at the store. The level of negativity was such that I could not stay and decided to take my shopping elsewhere. I believe Dalton’s has a full line of Ralph Lauren clothing. So, you just lost about $300 in sales. I spoke to the manager of the department but she didn’t tell me anything I wanted to hear. I will not shop at Belk’s ever again. Also, I will post this complaint on other review sites such as google and yelp, etc..
