Awful customer service. I found an item I really liked but it was flawed so I asked if they possibly had another. After waiting around 10 minutes they stated they did not have another and I asked if they would discount it at all. After waiting for another several minutes for a decision from an employee named Joe, he said no and walked away abruptly as if I was wasting his time. It was unprofessional and rude. I would have bought the product at full price even with the flaw as I could have made it work but I did not after being treated in such an awful fashion.

TJ Maxx always has some kitchen stuff that is unique and obvious overflow from larger stores. I have found some unique spices and coffee at TJ MAXX. Have also found some great clothes. Not everything is my style but it is worth picking through their huge selection to find something that makes sense for me to buy. Seems the reviewer that wrote a negative review on here wrote the same review across multiple locations and did not have a problem with this specific store.

I love this store ! Its a great location. I found amazing things for my new apartment here in Columbus. The selection of mens clothing was amazing, the store was very clean. The associates on the floor seemed a little confused though when I needed help. The line was long, but moved very quickly. And if you can get Matt the cashier, he is not only quick and informative, but cute as well ;)

Love the variety and selection at this HomeGoods. Always getting in new items and they have good food items, coffee, and tea selections. I make a lot of smoothies for health and am always pleased they have a variety of add-ins that are decent size bags/resealable pouches: chia, flax, tumeric, Maca, etc. Super great pricing on them and many varieties are organic and non-gmo.

Very bad customer service! After 3 days of buying something I returned it and they didnt accept to give me a refund and they gave me a phone number to call and explain my issue!! How comes, You pay money then you dont get it back and they tell you that this money will be used to increase your credit!! I DONT WANT TO INCREASE MY CREDIT! I JUST WANT A REFUND! ITS SIMPLE!!

This TJ Maxx I believe has the best selection of items compared to the others in Columbus. I am always particularly impressed with their Ohio State apparell possibilities. This story also has a ton of products in the home decor as well. I dont really purchase a whole lot in that area, but something you might like to know. Overall, I much prefer this location.

I am not a huge shopping fan (I hate it) but my wife loves this place. It is pretty big and they do usually have a good selection of items for men and women. As long as we are there for only about 30 min, i am okay here haha.
