Terrible customer service, was just left hanging for indefinite amount of time while the manager Brenna went to help other customers after telling me she will be right back to take my measurements. Had to track her down in the store, no remorse, no apologetic attitude - just pretty much blew me off. Obviously did not want me to purchase an expensive suit from them. Do not go to saks easton if you want to be treated with respect - like a valued customer. Would expect a lot more professional customer service at volunteers of america let alone saks.

I am a shopaholic, I am going to admit to it. This store has some great buys when it comes to shirts and the like. The service is first class and corporate culture has all retail personnel understand the mantra that the customers always come first, even if you are just browsing. Coincidentally, I am wearing something from them as I write this. =)

If you love jeans, this is the place for you! So many choices- great brands and wide range of sizes and prices to fit any budget. Great shoe options, too (at least for men). Mens suits, casual, and everything in between.
