Terrible costumer service..,, the prices are mixed up cant really tell which price is for which item.. then we stiod in the line for costumer service but the workrer was so busy chatting about her life with somebody else.... there is only one price check machine that is far away from any other part in the store, it is by the end cashier. .. just terrible experience with unreasonable prices..

Terrible customer service. Wanted to buy a pair of boots that were on a sale table for $49.99. When I went up to pay they told me they were $69.99. I made sure the sign included the pair of boots I was purchasing. After 10 minutes of them calling people and trying to figure it out they straight up told me well sorry theyre $69.99 we wont go by what the sign says

I only shop for blouses, skirts, dresses and make-up from Sephora that has a store in this JCP. I also purchase items for my husband. I am tall so I cannot walk into this store to purchase pants of the rack because the purchase demographic is short and petite and generally not my style. I usual order from their online store and pick it up at the store.

The only time I can find help in this location is when its a holiday (not even then). I went in for a measurement and couldnt find anyone in the department. Went to the jewelry department to have someone page 5min later..... NOTHING! Go to this location if you know exactly what you want and are able to get it yourself, because if not youre screwed.

My 10yr old son gets his haircut by Katie...she does an awesome job...she is very friendly. My 3year old who was on the verge of a meltdown came with us today and she was very helpful to help me keeping him happy...it was greatly appreciated..

No one bothers you when youre shopping, ok selection of clothes and products except not enough male shoes to choose from. Wished the cashier line would move a little faster considering how many cashiers they have working.

Nothing spectacular. They have decent clothes etc. at reasonable prices. I do like that they have a Sephora in-store with some of the exact same premium cologne/perfumes that you would get at Macys for a lower price!!

Too much to look at, but plenty of vatiety! And you can download coupons to your phone, Excellent coupons! They need sales people to assist customers, I felt lost in there, but got what I needed!
