This store basically is just a really fancy billboard on High St. Ive come here multiple times and they have been zero help. Theyve even given me information I know to be incorrect, seemingly for the purpose of avoiding having to do anything. The younger guys are at least friendly. The older guy whos been there often could use some work on talking to customers. Once I walked out of this store when they couldnt (read: wouldnt) help me figure out about my phones compatibility, I walked into another carriers store and they were incredibly helpful. Night and day. At least the Easton store has been good, but they dont do Sprint much good at this location - if anything they probably motivate a lot of college students to switch away from Sprint once they are off their parents plans.

The manager at this location has the worst attitude. I asked who I was speaking with and he refused to tell me his name. He hung up on me the first time I called and did not want to assist me. I guess I will not be getting a phone from Sprint. I do customer service so it bothers me that you answer the phone of your employment and DO NOT identify yourself so you can be of service. How did he become a manager? Is this Sprints standard? Bad attitudes can advance here? DO NOT go to the campus location AT ALL! The manager who would not tell me his name may not be the manager. I called on Dec. 30th at 10:30 am. Is he even the manager? If so he should not be.

Went in to inquire about my screen going blank after getting a little water damage. Even though they couldnt work on my phone on-site, the serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and went the extra mile to help me out and make sure I got what I needed in a timely manner with the least expense! Very friendly also. I recommend this branch, they have shown me much better care than some other sprint stores.

the workers are really rude, the sign you up for the wrong accounts and you end up paying for it in the end $$$$$. they are no help and if they make a mistake you have to deal with it. i would stay as far away from this store as possible.. If you go and you see the work Matthew (old white guy with a beer belly) RUN away if you want to keep your money!!!!!!!!

I was skeptical coming to this location from reading the reviews but my experience was awesome to say the least. They are under new management here, and everyone was very helpful. I switched from At&t and they made process painless as possible. I was also informed about an additional $400 visa gift I will receive because I am porting over!
