The guy at customer service was very fake to me. He was too quick to respond with answers before even thinking about what I was saying. I get it, most people look at me and treat me like Im stupid for how I appear. I was trying to figure out what method I used last time when paying my bill. I used to use money orders. The last time I paid through Western Union instead. He tells me I have to fill out this form. I let him know I didnt have to fill out that form the last time and asked if that was the right method. He kept rambling on indecisively about other possible methods. I started to explain my math to him: that (Bill + Fee) - (Bill) = Fee. So that if we know the cost of the fee, then maybe the method I used would be easier to determine. He didnt even let me get halfway through before interrupting me saying, "the total doesnt matter." Well thats not the point Im making. So dont interrupt me and tell me Im making an illogical statement when youre not even listening to what Im saying. He continues this demeanor the remainder of the time. Wouldnt stop talking either and Im just trying to pay a bill like I did last time and leave. I just have no patience for people who misjudge me and mistreat me based on their poor judgement.

This Kroger is extremely expensive, especially compared to the local Meijer stores. Almost everything in the store is $0.50-$1 higher than all the other stores in the area for the exact same products. I come here because they carry a few brands I cant purchase elsewhere. I had to laugh the other day when the toilet paper I was buying was $7.99 and had a "low price" sticker on the shelf because the same toilet paper is $6.99 everywhere else and often on sale for even lower. I only bought it out of convenience so that I didnt have to make another stop. On top of the high prices the produce is always dismal looking as if its been out a couple days too long, which is absurd since one can go across the street and buy top quality produce at cheaper prices. Basically, only buy whats on sale and youre fine, everything else is cheaper across the street or half a mile down the street at Meijer. However, the staff here is always really friendly, thats why I gave it three stars instead of one, they dont deserve to be knocked down because of high prices and poor produce selections.

Not only my 21st birthday day did they deny me the right to purchase liquor because I had a paper license while mine was coming in the mail they also denied my boyfriend on a seperate occasion to purchase alcohol because I was with him and did not have my wallet on me at the time. They are the only store I know that does this and would love to see a parent grocery shopping come to check out with a pack of beer be asked for there childs ID when they are with them. They have never tried to be polite about it either and gave us a hard time and eyes each time. For the most part the staff is rude and cold.

The worst customer service. Called ahead to make sure they could cash a check during my lunch break, and was given attitude on the phone for not understanding the marble mouthed rep. Waited 15 minutes to cash a check, only to be turned away when finally getting to the front of the line. This is with the manager up front "assisting" the rep. Only to walk away from the long customer service line instead of jumping on a register. Customer service rep had a bad attitude to boot.

I like the newer changes. The produce quality and selection has improved. I also like how this store has Stevia soda and speciality water flavors that are much cheaper than at Whole Foods, Vince and Joes, and Randazos. As far as open carry, I support it, because I would generally feel safer in public and that includes grocery stores!! Until criminals are unable to have accees to guns which is highly unrealistic, I continue to support open carry.

Kroger is the only store brand that acknowledges our constitutional right to bear arms. Do you feel more comfortable in a store were the only person that has a gun is the bad guy? Our country was founded on these rights, And liberal crybabies like yourself keep pushing to abolish what our for fathers fought for. Go get your free phone and your socialistic medical, but you will never take my rifle. Thank you KROGER.

I went in this morning to get some Roses to replace the ones that I placed online, I went back by the Flowers and Amanda was working so I asked her if she could make me an arrangement for Valentines day for my wife and she was so helpful, She made the arrangement up in a glass vase and it was Beautiful !!! If you need anything to do with flowers just go in an have Amanda fix the the way that you like them !!!

Not the best Kroger out there but its okay. Seems they are getting a new store manager, or at least thats what I overheard. That might be a good thing because the staff doesnt seem to care much about the customers. The store is big enough and there are lots of things inside that make it a good stop, but its the people that could use more Customer Service training. Not very friendly or approachable.

The staff gets 5 stars!!! Just wonderful. The physical store gets 4. Its just not as nice as the other Krogers I have been to. Product organization is odd. Clearance should be more "clear". Mostly, the way the aisles are ordered is confusing. Other then that, I love the deals here. Again, the staff is friendly and helpful, but not too annoying. I will be here again.

This store is not nearly as nice as the Kroger on Schoenerr Rd. or the brand new Super Kroger up on 23 Mile. It does not have a Kroger Fuel, but is open until 12 pm. They have a deli counter, floral department, and small sushi counter. Their Home Sense products are great for saving money...while their Private Selection products offer great quality and flavor.

I spent $20 on a dozen hot pink roses with white stargazer lily buds, and beautiful greens. They are some of the prettiest roses I have ever purchased and 6 days later, the roses are fully open, the lillies just started popping open, and they smell beautifully! Roses rarely smell any more. These are so fragrant! Love!

Whenever I shop here it seems like the produce is not a good quality. The fruit is either extremely green or almost spoiling. I have seen too many fruit flies for my comfort. Ill stop here if Im passing by but for bigger shopping trips I will go to the Kroger at Schoenner and Canal.

This Kroger is nice, I have rarely waited in long, long lines. I shop there alot. There produce is also been very good. They could have more variety. The deli, that needs work. There you always wait. So, bring your patience there, or go some where else.

The customer service is very terrible. Employee by the name of Becky was very racist towards me my mother. We were only $0.66 short, within the time it took me to go to check for change in the car. They did not know how to add they still owe us $0.50.
