Plans --fees--and all those charges we see only after we get our bill can make it very frustraring and aggravating dealing with either sprint or its competition. However having the right people in face to face serving and customer interfaces makes it at least toleratable. That is the way my wife and I found it to be when we recently exercised our option to upgrade our phones. Forgot to mention this new money grabbing need to buy or lease a phone was yet another bone of contention for us With all the reasons we had not to upgrade and in fact to change carriers, our stop in this sprint location changed our mind as we had the opportunity to meet Anna. After 45 yrs of being in operations the last 30 in servicing leadership roles, it was a pleasure to meet someone that I would hire in a heart beat to represent and grow my business. Anna took time to understand how we used our phones and even though her income is commision based, took us to not the most expensive phones but ones that met our current and future needs. She completed and tested the data transfer part of the process, and took time to set up our icloud accounts and back up process. Something we had not done but wanted to do. So if you are a sprint customer or are considering being one, this is a place I would suggest visit. Although we worked with Anna, we could sense that the other sales associates were as knowledgeable and carring as Anna. This location and its staff of professionals will assure you leave only when they know you are satisfied.

When I first signed up with Sprint I was promised waived access fees for coming over from Verizon, but was never told that it was only a promotion for the first year. My bill went up about $60 last week which was a surprise. The rep I signed up with at my previous location failed to mention that. I went back to that location to get an explanation as to why, and got nothing but "yeah sorry it was only a promotion" with 0 empathy. and I dont believe they even opened my account? Left there with no answers and a crappy experience. Decided to give this store a try based on all the positive reviews, and had an amazing experience. Anna was the rep who helped me and she wrote it all out and broke it down on the charges, and offered to do a bill rate analysis to help me understand exactly what I am paying for, I ended up saving about $40 a month after I left today. I work in customer service so it really stuck out to me when she took her time and showed some pride in her job instead of shrugging her shoulders and sending me off like the Sprint store I previously went too. This Sprint store is the only reason Im not going back to Verizon. Everyone keep that in mind when they are having any issues! Thank you guys!!

Went to this store after I read all the reviews on this one, and other locations. This one seemed to be the best option so I tried it out and it was pretty nice. Idk about others but Ive never really had great service at some of the local sprint stores and this ones new Im pretty sure. This location really stuck out to me because I brought in my parents who arent really tech savvy and they took all the time they needed to help them out with their first smart phones. Didnt rush us which was pretty cool because I always feel like theyre just trying to push us out at some of the past locations ive gone too. Recommend them for sure

I would just first of all like to establish that my experience at this location was purely suburb. Michael Davenport and myself came in for a walk in appointment in hopes of finding out upgrade eligibility for a phone. We worked with two associates Anna Kozlowski, and Mike Mann. They together helped walk us thru our options. They went above and beyond to answer our questions. Anna was friendly and professional. The customer service could not have been better. Truly a great experience, I appreciated the sense of humor while remaining professional.

Courtney Sedorchuk at the Partridge Creek location is absolutely fantastic. As a legacy customer I have always been satisfied with my phone service, but at times disgruntled with customer service at my former Clinton Township location. Courtney makes me feel like a valued customer, she worked hard answer questions I had about my account, offered full and complete explanations and resolved any concern Ive had without hesitation. From now on I will go to the cool Partridge Creek Location for Courtney and her staffs assistance!

This Store has the best Customer Service out of all of the Sprints in the Metropolitan Area! The level of Customer Service is spectacular!!!!!!!! They are all so very friendly as well as helpful! I am in love with the staff and will be back with cookies and coffees for them. THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME FROM THAT EXTRA LARGE VERIZON BILL THAT GREW LARGER EVERY MONTH FOR NO REASON! GO SPRINT!!!! They have created a comfortable level of Customer Service that is better than any other shop at Partridge Creek!!!

Had a problem with my phone not dialing out to a certain phone network, went to a different sprint store before coming to this one and they were clueless and messed my phone up even more. Brought it to this sprint store and the staff was amazing they did everything to figure out what was wrong and went above and beyond to get my phone back to how it was before all these problems started happening, I couldnt be happier with the service here and would definitely recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Mike B our Sales Representative at the Partridge Creek Store is the best Cellular Rep I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He goes way beyond what most will do in the interest of Customer Service. Went to this Sprint store after I saw the reviews on it and I have to say it is exactly what its rated. Great customer service. Blown away with the amount of effort they show. Above and beyond and they have no problem striking up a conversation. Sprint for sure won with this location. Got my new Samsung and new Sprint store.

To the girl that insisted on telling me my screen was from a "third party" then sending me to the Apple Store.. again, like the Shelby location, asked me 3 times if the screen was from a "third party", well if it was.. you sent it to me like that.
