I hate writing reviews but I think people really need to know how unprofessional this store is. As soon as I walked into the store no one greeted me no one asked me if they could help me they pretty much ignored me until I walked all the way to the back and its sad because one chick was sitting right at the door on facetime talking about some stuff you shouldnt even discuss while at work so you mean to tell me sprint is paying you to sit on facetime and ignore your customers. Moving on I had this other incompetent girl help me and anything I asked her she had to get up and double check with someone else which is annoying because you should know about the product your selling or just have the answer to a simple ass question. She had an attitude she was rude and honestly made me feel like she didnt want to help me. I hate rude people and I hate poor customer service Im totally disappointed in the service I received that day and I recommend that people should just make the extra trip to another store because no one should have to deal with incompetent rude individuals. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me he wasnt there. Its sad because If I go to a store outside of Detroit Im being treated with nothing but respect and kindness. The only reason why Im giving them this one start is because I have to.

I was at this store last night and I have been going to this store for the past 6 months. It is the best Sprint store in my area!!! I highly recommend this store! The customer service is beyond amazing! Everyone at this store is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you ever have any problems or need to upgrade your phone, I highly recommend seeing Rudy. He is my phone guy. He is a straight shooter and knows his stuff. He is aways super nice! I wont go to any other store but this one because of him! And Ive been to others. Rudy is also one of the reasons Im still a Sprint customer! He should be the standard for what Sprint customer service should look like!

Amanda IS A BIG LIAR. I CAME IN THIS STORE THINKING I WAS GETTING A PHONE WITH A FREE TABLET BUT ACTUALLY WASNT TOLD I WOULD BE PAYING AN ADDITIONAL 15 DOLLARS TO MY ALREADY HIGH BILL FOR THE 1GB ON TABLET. HAVING BEEN LIED TO BY HER AND THE DAMN CSR AT SPRINT I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. SMH MONEY HUNGRY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I AM A FELLOW CSR MYSELF AND LYING TO CUSTOMERS JUST TO GET BUSINESS IS UNACCEPTABLE. CANT BELIEVE I LEFT T MOBILE FOR THIS CRAP. AND YOU GUYS WANT 200 ETF FOR CANCELLING SERVICE ON A BASIC TABLET!?!? RIGHT

The customer service representatives at this store were very friendly and nice!! I ended up having to wait about 45 minutes for my phone to be fixed and one of the representatives was kind enough to lend me his personal book from his car because I had nothing to do during my wait. It was a much more pleasant experience than the Sprint store I had previously gone to where they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do to help me with my problem. Everyone else in the store was very pleasant to talk to as well.

The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because you have to. This is the one of the WORSE sprint stores in MI. They would be the reason I cancel and never come back to sprint. They have all these different policies that NO OTHER sprint has. They are rude and just dont care. My family has been with sprint for a decade and every since we started coming to this particular one, we have been through the worse. I truly hate this store. I DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

Ashley was very helpful, I came in for an upgrade and I ended up doing 2 she also got me 2 bundles to protect my devices. She helped me set up my phone I have never had an iPhone before and she set my iCloud up and showed me everything I needed to know about my phone. She was great and I will be recommending her to my family. She has great customer service, I had little to no information about an iPhone and she made sure I learned before I left the store

Girlllllll let me tell you, I came in there with my Lil metro phone, next thing you know I walked outta there with a iphone 7 plus, but heres the gag, The girl Ashley at desk one gave me all these nice accessories to compliment the phone, she set up my iCloud, backup my photos, anything I needed, even better shes a great person with a great attitude & I recommend this store to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience at sprint on 8mile near gratiot. Representative Amanda was an excellent agent and assist me with getting my new phone with sprint. Her personality is wonderful its gloomy, joyful exciting just awesome to walking in a work place and meet a person like her to assist you a wonderful experience I had today with her.
