They seem to hire only uninterested people who hate their jobs. Couldnt find anybody who could help me when I was in a hurry. I asked 3 employees for help looking for a basic item and none of them wanted to assist. What I was looking for was behind two teenage employees who couldnt stop flirting to help me move the stock boxes there in front of the product that I needed to purchase. . Reynoldsburg one is far superior.

Hobby Lobby has fantastic merchandise at great prices, and their staff is friendly, however their customer service is lacking in their managers. Not just at this location, but in ALL locations. Especially in the check out lines. A line can get backed up half way across the store, and instead of one of the managers hopping on a register to help out, they leave the poor cashier to their own defenses.

I typically dont buy my craft supplies at Hobby Lobby, but I thought Id stop in to see their selection. I found the fabric selection to be poor, the service to be rude, and their coupon policies to be much stricter than other craft stores. Ill stick to Joanns and Michaels.

Very good prices when things are on sale. Not open on Sunday. I respect that but I cant tell you how many times Ive needed to go but took my business elsewhere. Working full time during the week leaves only two days open for errands.

Super clean store with lots of fresh merchandise. Deb in the frame shop is awesome. She really helped me out of a jam. She is super competent as well creative. The price was right too. Ill be back.

Worst hobby lobby out there. Associates yell at your children. Will not return. Other craft stores are almost walk able from this location, and will start shopping there.
