Been to this H&M multiple times since it opened, and always the same story. Too many racks on the floor, its hard to move around even if theres hardly anyone else in the store. Not once in 45 minutes did an associate speak with me. I couldnt readily identify them either, they all wear regular street clothes. The racks are so tightly packed with clothes, if you wanted to search through for a certain size, or remove something to look at more closely, its nearly impossible. There are always garments on the floor through out the store. The second floor, which was largely empty of customers (but had the most associates walking around) is much more open and clean. There is ALWAYS a long wait (at least 10 minutes) at the register; with so little floor space for people to stand, keeping only a single register open makes for a tight wait, not to mention getting OUT of the store once youve paid is a pain all on its own. Too much stuff on not enough floor space on the first floor, always messy, seemingly never enough associates on the floor. Dont ever want to shop here again.

Great store, have found items here that are quality in terms of combination of style, construction, fabric, not being so trendy that theyll lose usefulness over time-- you just have to look carefully and youll see great finds among the glitz and trendy stuff. Sizeable sections for men and kids. H & M is always fabulous for basics like tees, leggings, socks. Employees seem rushed or distracted but they are friendly and a couple of experiences with managers have shown them to be helpful when it comes to returns and other questions. Dont be put off by the crowdedness (someone mentioned all the racks)-- this is a feature of all H & Ms. Ive shopped in european H & Ms and this store has a great selection, very comparable.

Cashier Maria was chatting away with someone else and we were in line., she saw my upset face and did not care to be nice! She was also overcharging me and when I pointed out she blurted well $5 plus $1 plus $10 is $17 I told her both blouses were $5. She never apologized and did not even thank us for shopping here.. I had to tell her to have a nice day so she can learn a little . Why have such poor customer service people as employees?? I wonder if she is like that with everyone! I wont come to this location ever again. Yes I bought items on sale but my daughter and I buy $100s if not more at your stores...

Terrible store and company! They refused to take my return because I didnt have the credit card that was used to purchase it even though the credit card account had been closed. It took me a month of calling the home office to find resolution. Its not worth the savings to shop here. Just pay the extra money and get the service you deserve at Macys or Nordstrom.
