This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life, at any type of retail establishment. I arrived to the store shortly before 11am on a weekday. There was one man being helped by the only associate in the store and one man waiting to be helped. After about ten minutes of my arrival, the waiting man left the store frustrated because he had been waiting (unknown amount of time). The associate informed me I would be helped within ten minutes. I knew exactly what I needed, so I was not browsing around. Around 11:20am I still had not been helped and another customer walks in and begins looking at phones. Just after she entered, a manager walks in on a phone call and walks directly to the back and shuts the door. I continue waiting and around 11:37am the lady walks out, frustrated with waiting and not being helped. I had to work at noon, so I decided to walk out myself at 11:45 and still had not been helped.

I have called the store 3 times to check on a next day air shipment. Nobody answers the phone. They said it would be here by 12:00 it is 2:11 and nobody has called me to say if it has come in. No wonder nobody came in the whole time we were there yesterday ordering a new phone. I guess the next time I will go somewhere else also. Last year when I was in there they were very helpful. Must be new staff.

Was in yesterday because I couldnt get my phone to backup to transfer files over to my new phone, everyone in the store was so helpful and nice to me. I was in there for about 2 hours while my phone backed up and they transferred to the new, and no one acted like I was in the way or an inconvenience. I will continue to come to this store with any sprint needs I have.

I was looking for technical support and they did not have it. They told me the other sprint store at Polaris will have it. I went there and they did not!! Workers apparently did not know where tech-support is in their stores.
