Waited an hour for medication for my daughters ear infenction. Finally drive back through and was told it wasnt approved by medication, and they had faxed a notification to the Dr. Considering this was 8 PM, Im not expecting a response tonight. Also, how long would I have waited in the parking lot before someone notified me? I only use this pharmacy when I have to in the evenings, and it has always been a horrible experience.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! I only go here because my insurance is CVS caremark through work. I can drop an RX off in the morning at 10am and its still not ready by 5:46pm. The majority of the time when you go in, its like this. Youre always better off to just wait the 45 - 60 minutes in store or youll never get your RX. No point in the window or dropping it off for later pick up. NEVER READY!

Went in to find a certain item wasnt on the shelf as cashier if they could check to see if there was any in stock said her manager was the only one who could do that and was on lunch break. Ask if they accepted AARP and to my surprise she had no idea.

Sunday 4/12/2015 Been on phone waiting for Pharmacy to answer a long time now We live 40 miles away .My husband is in Dublin and wanted me to check on med. refill. This is unreal and I am very irritated.

Poor customer service, slow, I have called 24 hours ahead for refills and the medication still isnt ready. If you call, you are put on hold for a long period of time.
