Went into start new service. They seemed helpful enough. They charge us twice for our service because they did not ask what kind of card we used. They also included add-ons to our bill without authorization. They also lied and said that I could not take the sim card out of my phone and put it into the phone was waiting for. They told me Id have to wait at least a week before I could switch phones and would have to come in and pay 25 for the sim and activation. I was able to charge phones 2 days later online for free using the sim in my phone.

I do not like anything about it. They did not help me when I had questions about the storage of my phone and how to help. Also did not answer my questions clearly. And were not polite to me.

went to buy a phone at 7:45 lady with an attitude told me that ahe shutt off the system and turned off the lights in my face at 7:50 how rude!!! never going to metro pcs again!!!!
