All is good until you try getting a refund. Bought a flashlight and returned it unopened because Walmart had it $14 dollars cheaper which is a big difference. The payment came out of my debit immediately which is how that works. Went back to return it and was told it would be refunded in a few days, this was on 2/13/17. Today is 2/27/17 I waited 10 business which no one should have to wait it came right out when I bought it and still no refund. Terrible business practice if they do this to all their customers who have refunds coming thats a lot of extra interest on their large accounts. There is nothing that you cant buy cheaper else where amazon, Walmart etc who have much better prices and refund policies. Just a heads up. Lets see if this post makes it. UPDATE Rob the store mgr contacted me, took my info and started to check to see what went wrong. It ends up its the company that does the processing and not the store. When Rob found out what they were going to do to refund my money he said that was unacceptable and decided to refund my full amount no matter what they were gonna do understanding I waited long enough. He reassured me that the refund policy was being reevaluated and that policy should change soon ending this frustration for customers workers and Mgrs. I changed my rating to 4 stars because of the way Rob stepped up and went over and above. Thank you Rob

Update to my previous rating: I had previously given a less than stellar rating however I wanted to take the opportunity to provide an update. Since my review, I have been contacted directly by the owner of the store. We talked extensively about store layout and how it affected my visit at the site that day as well as his responsibilities based on products carried. I have to say, I am very impressed with Rob!! He certainly cares about each and every one of his consumers and how they feel about his store. If he can, he will go out of his way to make it right, and in my case he has. After this visit, we had returned and had our key made for the car, they cut and programmed it without issue. The price was much better than that of the Mitsubishi dealership and the key looks, feels and operates exactly the same. So if anyone asks if I would recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs and this store specifically, my answer is a resounding YES!! He has absolutely EARNED my business for now and in the future. >>FIVE STARS PLUS<<

Today, 05/04/2017, I phoned the Batteries Plus Bulbs in New Port Richey. I inquired about battery replacement for my cell phone. I was informed by Jake, I believe, that there was one battery specific for my cell phone in stock. Jake agreed to set the battery aside for me, for later today. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted by Tracy. I informed him of my set-aside battery (which he quickly retrieved), and I provided him with my vehicle key fob and a battery I had removed from my wireless phone. Tracy efficiently replaced my key fob battery (after ensuring the fob was actually for a vehicle I owned), replaced my cell phone battery with speed and precision, and provided me with a replacement wireless phone. Additionally, he honored a coupon from their website. I estimate that I was literally in-and-out of the establishment within six minutes. I received great customer service and Tracy was very impressive. Great job, Batteries Plus Bulbs!!

Tracy Hudson waited on me when I came into Batteries Plus Bulbs to receive help on the volume on my cell phone. The tech looked at my phoned and the "part that made the volume come thru was clogged with make-up. they cleaned it out and I could hear. I also purchased LED bulbs. Tracy told me about windshield wipers and y"all would install them free. I had to come in again my phone was clogged again with hair color...so again they repaired it. So I bought several more products. I appreciate Tracys help. He was kind considerate and very knowledgeable about the products I purchased. I will continue to purchase items from Batteries Plus Bulbs. Tracy is an outstanding employee. He cares about the customer and that is an asset. Bobbie Causey Port Richey, FL .

The customer service is always tops, the staff are very knowledgeable of their products and attentive to consumer needs. I appreciated the fact that the sales associate whom worked with me wasnt just trying to sell me a product without educating me on why I had to replace my laptop battery in the first place. They have a laptop battery analyzer that can detect if the laptop battery is good or needs to replaced. They also have a tech center where they can rebuild the cells in a battery pack for virtually any application! I had a very good experience at Batteries Plus, and dont be mistaken by the name, they also carry a full line of light bulbs for anything and batteries for Home, Auto and Commercial use.

LIARS & THIEVES!!! I recently brought in my Galaxy S4 to have my crack screen repaired. Of course it was not cheap, but going in I knew that any repair on this type of would not be. Not more than a week later, my phone fell off of my bed and onto my carpet, barely bumping my nightstand on the way down, and once again my phone was destroyed. Luckily, one of my friends referred me to Cell Phone Repair on Marine Parkway and US Highway 19. Not only was it alot cheaper to have it fixed, but the owner also informed me that Batteries Plus had replaced my screen with an aftermarket thin cheep screen. They are nothing but ripoffs! Cell Phone Repair has way better prices and service!

I went there a couple of days ago. I have referred people to them in the past always been pleased. This time was different. Needed a battery for Cadillac key fob as the range had decreased. Locked the car with fob and that is the last time it worked. Looks like I have to go to Cadillac dealer to get to work again.

My ringer stop working on my Iphone. I called several places that said they had to send it out. I went to batteries plus and the tech said give him a hour. The phone just needed a master reboot and the ringer worked again. He said no charge.They are the best for phone repairs!

The guys were awesome. They analyzed my old battery and they determined it was on its way out...so they helped me replace it in their parking lot and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Professional and knowledgeable. The guy who helped me was Rob Barron. Ask for him :-)
