Best experiene I have had since being a Verizon customer, has been working with Taylor Hobbs. She has been instrumental in assisting me with picking my new phone and is so patient and knowledgeable of the products. Taylor has been extremely helpful to me and I specifically drive a little out of my way to come to the Gahanna store that she works at. Its so refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about customer service and attention to detail. Id highly recommend this store and Taylor Hobbs!

Jonathan was amazing. He spent so much time with us. I had my 90 year old mother in the store going from a flip phone to a smart phone. He was so patient and caring. He explained everything beautifully and gave helpful suggestions as well. He even helped me with some features on my iphone that I did not even get from that store. If you live anywhere in the vicinity on the east or northeast side of town, I highly recommend your going to this store for all of your phone needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! My phone died, I showed up at the last minute before closing. Which everyone in retail knows is annoying!! The representative did not try to rush me out of the store, instead she was very helpful in my decision making on my new phone purchase. She also helped me pick my accessories and I got a great deal! I have been with Verizon for over 20 years, and I have never been happier! I stopped by the GoWireless Gahanna to upgrade my phone, and this specific group of people are AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make sure this transition went as smooth as possible! They were helpful and very informative. I will be back to this location for ALL of my Verizon needs. OMG Jonathan has been so patient with me. Since my lg4 crashed Ive been in the store at least 5 times now that I have my new LG I have had lots and lots of questions. Taylor and Jonathan have been fantastic and always greet me ,and everyone else in the store, with great smiles.. Come on over you Will love these people. And they are so knowledgeable!!!
